The Establishment of Empowerment. Rinchen Jungne Zhiwa (Peaceful Source of Jewels). The Establishment of Empowerment. Rinchen Jungne Zhiwa (Peaceful Source of Jewels). In Sanskrit: Abhiṣeka nirukti. In Tibetan: The Establishment of Empowerment. Homage to the one who utterly destroys the power of demons! Homage to youthful Manjushri! The one whose abode is pervaded by the two bodies, The great bliss, the Dharmakaya. I prostrate to the eternal Vajradhara, I shall now explain the meaning of empowerment. That which exists in suchness, The great co-emergent bliss. Thinking that it is to be accomplished, That liberation comes after empowerment, Is not logical. The great co-emergent, dependent on others, How can self-mastery be achieved? How can that which is impaired be accomplished? Because of abandoning the lineage, it is lost. Therefore, the object to be accomplished is without outflows, Without impairment, unsurpassed bliss, Immaculate bliss, like the sky, Acting for the benefit of beings. That very protector Is the body of all the deities, It should be remembered as the Dharmakaya. Depending on that, the body is also The nature of the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya. Depending on them is what is to be accomplished, Because of the great, unsurpassed vehicle, For the sake of accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, Otherwise, it is not needed. By meditating on that, the body to be accomplished Is in the Paramita Vehicle, Extremely clear, one taste, inconceivable. What is called Dharma here is the Great Sage, The path of the Prajnaparamita, Even by the power of meditation alone, What is obtained from the actions of giving, etc., That is the second, which is the main one. Here also, the three bodies are to be accomplished, According to the order of the Paramitas, Giving, morality, patience, diligence, Meditation, wisdom, and other names. In the Yoga Tantra also, it is to be accomplished, With the mudras in the form of deities, The main deity and the mandala, By expanding and contracting. In some, great bliss is inconceivable, Even by the power of meditation alone, The two bodies to be accomplished become stable, In short, it is known as co-emergent. All the dharmas are Born from that, meditation and The actions of body and so on, Having examined its nature, It should be counted as two aspects. The cause is the accumulation of merit, The co-emergent yogi.

Thus. The two bodies of the Tathagata to be attained are also. Therefore, in all the tantras, the mudra is the expression, and the nature is the expressed. Empowerment is the Dharmakaya. That main deity is the only one, and a few can express it. This is to express it with skillful means, desiring others. Mudra is the three bodies, categorized and interpreted, wisdom, knowledge, and empowerment, as the wise say. Among them, the first view is: the nature of great bliss is inconceivable, becoming the basis of the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, it accomplishes the meaning of all sentient beings. It abandons the seeds of all afflictive habitual tendencies. The abode of the seeds of the qualities of the extremely pure Buddha. It has the nature of the transformation of the Alaya consciousness, called the Dharmakaya. The main deity of the fruit is extremely pure, the nature of the Dharmadhatu, which is attained by practice, as stated in the Yoga Tantra. Because one does not understand it, one cannot practice it. Now, because there is no wisdom that focuses on it. For the sake of obtaining it, practice will become meaningless. Because it depends on the transcendental path, it is not clearly directed towards it, and it should not be attained. Therefore, the one who can show it is the nature of the mudra blessed by all the Tathagatas, with the appearance of non-conceptual great bliss, similar to Suchness. That is this, and afterwards, with the power of faith, and the mudra that is truly combined with the nature mentioned in the tantra, with the oral instructions of the guru, the Bodhicitta abides in the jewel. Between the two, external leakage and non-leakage, the object of focus is contrary to all other objects of focus, appearing as non-dual, and the one with the appearance of the wisdom of great bliss should be regarded as a metaphor. Because it becomes similar by experiencing it, it should be determined that what is shown by the metaphor is also the ultimate wisdom. This metaphor can well express the true meaning of wanting liberation.
