I am heavy with that very thing. It is said to effortlessly meditate and cut off false attachments. If you do not know it to be like an illusion, a water moon, Merely saying "emptiness" will not fully satisfy the mind. If you realize the nature of the mind to be appearance and emptiness, Compassion will naturally arise for all beings. If you also understand that self and other are without distinction, And wisdom arises like a water moon, That is called meditating on great bliss. Whoever experiences bhagaḥ sukhah (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,乐的喜悦) of non-conceptual bliss, Whoever sees the appearance of a reflection in a mirror, Whoever experiences the bliss of tummo heat, Whoever experiences laughter, looking, and holding hands, And the supreme bliss of kissing and embracing. Even if you experience non-conceptuality, if you do not seal it With great bliss, there is no enlightenment, Vajradhara said, and it is established by valid cognition. You must seal it with the bliss of emptiness. The meaning of sealing is that its nature is also, The object of focus is not merely an illusion, But the manifestation of one's own experience as an illusion, That awareness is called sealing, and it is spoken of accordingly. Cutting off with each thought is not sealing. Likewise, meditating with recollection is not sealing. The mandala of knowable things, free from elaboration, There, it appears as a vast form, Therefore, it is said that this is what is called sealing. If you know that this world and the other world Are equal in great bliss, and you meditate on it, You do not need to seek the instructions for transcendence from elsewhere. If you know the nature of the mind to be the dharmakaya, You do not need to seek the place to obtain the fruit elsewhere. If you know that the nature of the mind has no increase or decrease, Even if meditation is lost, you do not need to seek compensation. If you know that good deeds and bad deeds are temporary, Then confessing broken vows is itself. As it appears, so it is true. As it is labeled, so it is not. As it is sought, so it is a fault. As it is thought, so it is free. For any object, If clear awareness free from concepts arises, At that time, in the mind of that person, That is meditating on emptiness. The so-called self-aware non-duality meditation, No matter who receives the instructions, If they have not experienced non-duality itself, No matter what is taught, it is just a name. For any object, If you gather your mind from everything, The inner self, without wavering, Abides, then can the eye purify the seen form? Abides, then can the ear purify the heard sound? Abides, then can the nose purify the smelled scent? Abides, then can the tongue

Is it the feeling of pleasure? Is it the touch of the body while dwelling? Is it the dharma of the mind while dwelling? The wisdom of knowing is free from conceptualization. Since the arising and ceasing of conceptualization, Is experienced by self-awareness, Therefore, it is manifestly established by being free from conceptualization. Whatever that meaning free from conceptualization is, Relying on the feeling of pleasure, Meditating becomes the path of the messenger. Whatever is initially without conceptualization, Is said to be joy. The second great bliss free from conceptualization, Is said to be supreme joy. That is the pleasure of the body, Arising from a pleasing object. The third free from conceptualization, Is said to be co-emergent joy, It is the manifest pleasure of the mind. Being free from the defilement of grasping and being grasped, The arising of clarity through experience, Is said to be self-aware great bliss. Whatever is interrupted by conceptualization, The samadhi of joy and bliss deteriorates, From the objects of the four seals, Having arisen from the feeling of pleasure, Possessing the power of the accumulation of causes and conditions, It will not arise due to having conceptualization. Therefore, from the samadhi of pleasure, The yogi, placing his mind, Should meditate on non-dual great bliss. Whatever, from the samadhi of pleasure, Placing the mind is quiescence. Therefore, joy and supreme joy, And co-emergent joy, although excellent, Do not transcend the mind of quiescence, They are merely the pleasure of body and mind. If sealed with the meaning of great bliss, It will become superior insight. Whatever establishing emptiness is, For a dharma that has the nature of pleasure, Thinking it is co-emergent joy, That is the path of subsequent thought meditation. It is the yoga of individual conceptualization, And there is no experience of great bliss. From the ocean of luminous bliss, Joy and bliss should be known as the manner of waves. That itself is meditating on emptiness. From whatever pleasure and mental pleasure there is, If one knows its Nature to be emptiness, Then, logic and so on are meaningless. Just as when water becomes initial, Fish quickly leap, Likewise, from the nature of empty clarity, Various cognitions arise and cease. Sealing with the essence of great bliss, Although the elephant of the mind is let loose, It will return because it has not found a place to dwell. Even if one sees manifest objects, If one seals it with pleasure, Then, even distraction is not distraction. Knowing that conduct is of equal taste, Walking itself has no coming and going. Although there is no cause and effect, yet
