Savarī means that which can do that thing, doing to the other side with strength, so it is called "swallowing." This is because the teacher who accomplished the feet of Rewari saw the immortal one, and all the birds, including Jeyang, etc., became Duba. This is what is meant by "I respect the feet of Savarī." Six feet indicate the completion of the lineage. The so-called "killing" is to rejoice in the object. With the sword of the words of the King of Mind, the Supreme Guru, making it disappear, I offer the Tathāgatas of the ten directions with the Suchness of myself. Similarly, it is also said in the scriptures: The implements for Torma offerings are, the great Torma is pleasing. Therefore, Savarī is the Vajra of the Mind. Having completely abandoned self and what belongs to self, one will surely become wise. Having become like that, I have cleared away the meaning of beginningless and endless habitual tendencies, and have fled. Similarly, the feet of Sarahā also said: Thoughts become Buddhas from weakness, those of evil wisdom will follow. From me, those with wisdom will, in any case, give more than the wise. In the King of the Glorious Heruka Tantra, in the profound water treasury of gatherings, etc., it is said: That which arises from the churning of the words of the Glorious Supreme Guru Protector, the Glorious One becomes the taste of nectar, abiding at the end of self-manifestation. The Glorious One's retinue is also always truly gathered, variously employed. In that gathering, various analyses are made. For the sake of sentient beings realizing Bodhi, in the near-gathered hundred songs of practice, the wise and faithful rejoice and make a treasury. The Knower, having blessed and analyzed half of it, in order for the disciples to truly realize, and also for everyone to know, the meaning of the treasury is thoroughly clarified. For the noble person, the virtuous friends, the Knower blessed and made explanations, by my merit, may the noble person increase. The Vajra songs of the treasury achievers of the songs of practice, for those who have clarified the Suchness, the Vajra songs of the achievers after the Teacher Knower blessed and made explanations are spread.

The entirety, including the commentary, is complete. Having well requested the instructions and all from the great Pandit Kirticandra, relying on the kindness of the Dharma Lord, the glorious Sakya uncle and nephew, the Tibetan translator Bande Drakpa Gyaltsen translated it in the city of Kathmandu, Nepal. This is the commentary called "The Treasury of Conduct Songs," given by the Thupa (Sage, Buddha).
