Ignorance suddenly clinging is clinging to that which has no basis. The aggregates arise from conditions, therefore they decay. Thoughts are sudden, so they vanish. The meaning of mind, the realm that is free from hearing, thinking, and meditating, is beyond the mind. In the realm beyond the mind, all kinds of things made by the mind vanish, just like a needle falling into the ocean. Understanding that it has no inherent nature, and abiding in freedom from elaboration, is the Dharmakaya. Realizing the Dharmakaya destroys the Mara of the Lord of Death. The Mara of the Son of the Gods is: meditating on the quiescence of the channels, nadis, bindus, and emptiness, giving rise to the happiness that is with outflows, which is a god. That very thing needs to be meditated upon with effort and striving. Thought is thinking, thinking is discrimination, and discrimination is samsara, therefore it is called Mara. Hoping for happiness with outflows, and thinking that one has attained the body without outflows, being dominated by this thought is called power. To destroy it, happiness with characteristics is the happiness that arises from the union of body and mind. If there is no body, there is no place for happiness to arise. If there is no mind, no one will meditate on the body. Therefore, the happiness of body and mind is sudden, arising from conditions, the cause is short-lived, the place is short-lived, and the time is short-lived. Therefore, when the body decays, the happiness that depends on the body also decays. Happiness without outflows is the essence of the three kayas, which are inseparable, naturally pure, and the realm free from the eight extremes of elaboration. In that place, cause and effect are not established, and there is no hope for fear of samsara or for nirvana. That is covered and overgrown with mud. The meaning of body, speech, and mind are inseparable and not different, it is the Svabhavikakaya, because that is not the object of arrogant mind, therefore it can destroy the Mara of the Son of the Gods. Therefore, homage to the vow of the great Brahmin, who utterly destroys the power of Mara. In order to clearly explain the meaning of the scriptures, there are twenty-three similes: thirteen contradictory similes, seven non-contradictory similes, and two mixed contradictory and non-contradictory similes. Finally, answering the king, there are a total of twenty-three similes. First, the contradictory simile, because the king did not understand the meaning of immovability, the simile of movement and agitation should be shown with water and waves.

Furthermore, the meaning of immovability is: when there is no memory, the consciousness of memory cannot shake it; the contemplation and meditation of memory, etc., have no movement in the realm of non-intentionality. In the realm of no-birth, birth, old age, sickness, and death cannot shake it; various births also arise from no-birth and dissolve into no-birth. In the realm beyond mind, various mental fabrications cannot shake it; the three, hearing, thinking, and meditation, also dissolve into the realm beyond mind. Thus, the three types of immovability are: a samadhi like a vajra in the depths of the ocean. The three types of movement in the mind are: a samadhi like wind, like illusion, like the surface of the ocean; therefore, no matter how the wind blows, it does not move. If the contemplation and meditation of body, speech, and mind bring benefit or cause harm, whatever happens, it arises from the Dharmakaya and dissolves into the Dharmakaya; for example, when the wind blows on the water, the surface of the water undulates and many waves arise, but there is no movement in the depths; similarly, this memory, like a wave, floats and moves on the surface of non-memory; the depths of non-memory are no-birth and beyond mind, and these two are without movement. Therefore, the waves of memory are the three types of samsara, do not cling to them, understand them as just waves of water. That is, water is like memory, and various phenomena appear due to wave-like conditions. Once this is realized, from the meaning of the great seal of non-intentionality, the two, Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, appear merely as waves, therefore, moving from the water becomes waves. Thus, for the same meaning, due to realization and non-realization, various different phenomena appear; from the single Dharmakaya, sentient beings' conceptual thoughts grasp as three bodies, four bodies, or five bodies, etc.; the pure realm, not defiled by any conditions, that is its difference. For example, for Saraha, the king temporarily sees various different people such as Brahmins, Panditas, Yogis, and low castes according to the situation, but does not go beyond the single nature. Similarly, the sight of the king shooting an arrow is also like that. Like this example, both samsara and nirvana arise from the realm of non-intentionality. So, since samsara also arises from non-intentionality, isn't non-intentionality itself also samsara?
