The commentary on the Caryā Song called "Dohākoṣa," called "Lamp of Meaning." The commentary on the Caryā Song called "Dohākoṣa," called "Lamp of Meaning." Unborn Great Bliss. In Sanskrit: Dohākoṣanāmacāryagītiarthapradīpanāmaṭīkā. In Tibetan: The commentary on the Caryā Song called "Dohākoṣa," called "Lamp of Meaning." Homage to the noble Mañjuśrīkumārabhūta! In the realm of non-conceptual, free from elaboration, great bliss, In the state of Mahāmudrā, without mental activity, The three kāyas spontaneously accomplished, free from conditions, I bow to the supreme gurus who reveal the meaning. The ultimate, free from elaboration, the four kāyas destroy the four māras, The three bindus introduce the three kāyas, The two non-thoughts establish the two truths, This commentary on the Dohā, which reveals the profound meaning. To the supreme gurus who are free from the three conditions, And to those who possess the lineage and realize the essential meaning, It is not appropriate for me to compose this instruction, But I compose it for the sake of beings with inferior intelligence like myself. Others explain by following the root text with commentary, I bind the essentials by following the instructions of my own tradition, Since the scriptures and transmissions of the teachings are endless when written down, I write down the instructions of the guru that do not contradict the scriptures. The great Brahmin, the object of worship of the Victorious Ones, Because he possessed the vessel, he was blessed by the ḍākinīs, Because he practiced, he understood the meaning of the symbols, Because he realized the characteristics, he associated with the arrow-maker woman, Because he did not understand the meaning, the king punished him, In response to the forty words, he sang the song, In the Dohā of Rājah, which mainly shows the Dharmakāya, The four kāyas to be shown are shown by means of illustrative examples. The condensed meaning is that with twenty-three, The meanings of the texts are condensed and clarified, The extent of the text is forty verses, Each four lines clarifies the meaning of the words. Now, for the time being, these forty verses sung for the sake of the king have two meanings: first, to pay homage to the samaya of the great Brahmin; and second, to clearly explain those texts. The samaya of that great Brahmin is the four kāyas that destroy the four māras, and the four māras are the māra of the aggregates, the māra of the afflictions, the māra of the Lord of Death, and the māra of the gods.

This is the demon of the son. Among them, the skandha demon is: from the white and red bindus of the two parents, consciousness enters in the form of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal meaning: A), and the skandha is formed, which is called skandha. This skandha experiences many forms of suffering, hence it is called a demon. The skandha is controlled by suffering, therefore it is powerful. The method of subduing it is that the white and red bindus of the two parents are produced by conditions. Consciousness enters into it, although it is formed from the unoriginated into the skandha of conditioned appearance, the skandha itself does not exist, but is an illusion produced by transformation, therefore it is an illusion, and therefore one should not have arrogance towards the illusion. What is it to be without arrogance? It is that the body of meaning does not change, there is no conceptual thought, the realm of no memory, that is the nirmanakaya. Although the nirmanakaya manifests all kinds of things such as happiness and suffering, it dissipates and goes away like clouds in the sky, therefore the skandha demon is subdued. The klesha demon is: relying on the skandha, it clings to the five senses. The five senses grasp the external and internal objects, thereby producing the demon of kleshas. Being controlled by kleshas and acting accordingly, therefore it is powerful. The method of subduing it is that the kleshas themselves arise from attachment and aversion due to memory. Memory itself arises from non-memory. Memory and non-memory are the root of kleshas. Therefore, subduing memory and non-memory is produced by conditions. Non-memory is also a dependent dharma. When the two are combined, nothing arises, it is the word of meaning, free from speech. Transcending words and concepts, it is the realm of non-origination. It pervades all and enjoys, therefore it is the sambhogakaya. No matter what kind of kleshas arise in the sambhogakaya, it can enjoy them. The mud of kleshas does not stain the unoriginated, just as the lotus flower, although it grows in the mud, is not stained by the faults of the mud, therefore the klesha demon is subdued. The memory that relies on the skandha is the lord of death. This memory seeks many different skandhas, and cannot be liberated from the suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death, therefore it is a demon. Constantly being under the control of birth and death, therefore it is powerful. The method of subduing it is that the skandha is produced by conditions,
