In order to elaborate on the simultaneous arising of the result, it is mentioned that "everything was not there from the beginning," and so on. "The nature of mind is pure" means it is pure from the beginning. "In non-duality, the taste becomes one" means that in the realm of non-duality, everything becomes one. "Going completely pervasive" is for the benefit of sentient beings. "Name is for the benefit of others" means that in reality, there is no other meaning. "Possessing various kinds of multiplicity" means possessing various activities. "Spontaneously accomplished" means without seeking. "The fruit of the future" is for all beings. "This bliss does not reveal other minds" means without defilements. In order to explain from the opposite perspective, it is mentioned "The noble tree of emptiness," and so on. "If there is no tree of emptiness, there are no branches of compassion," that is the meaning. Now, in order to point out the fault of clinging to an object of focus, it is mentioned "What is it that focuses on that?" and so on. "Focusing on that" means clinging to the nature of non-duality with conceptual thoughts. "Falling into that" means falling due to clinging to characteristics. "The limbs will be severed" means generating afflictions in samsara. In order to explain the merit of realizing the absence of characteristics, it is mentioned "Seed," and so on. "One seed" refers to one's own mind. "Two emptinesses" refers to the two, bliss and emptiness. "From that cause, the result is one" means the taste becomes one. "That is also inseparable" means mixed together. "What is thought" means meditation. "That is liberated from samsara and nirvana" means attaining non-abiding nirvana. Such a person, for those who have desires, is to seek meaning. When a beggar comes, "If he leaves, there is no hope," means giving to anyone who comes without expecting anything in return. In order to explain that other's benefit cannot be accomplished without one's own benefit, it is mentioned "Like a lump of food broken into pieces," and so on. Just like a beggar, not doing things for others means not benefiting others. Not giving to those who have desires means not giving charity. "What is the fruit of samsara?" means being born in samsara is made meaningless. "Therefore, it is okay to abandon oneself" means abandoning striving for oneself, that is, doing things for others. Or, if there is no benefit for oneself or others, wouldn't one be tainted by the faults of samsara?

To show, the attachment of not doing things for others is not generating the thought of helping others. Not giving to those who want is the absence of attachment to generosity. What is the fruit of samsara? It means not being tainted by samsara. Therefore, if one can make oneself into "self," it is abandoning the attachment of self-grasping. Like fragments of food, etc., for example, one should look at it as not expecting a return from giving to a beggar. Through the kindness of the Guru's oral instructions, a little of the essential meaning has been explained. By whatever merit I have accumulated, may all beings realize the essential meaning! The difficult commentary on the Dohakosha, written by the great scholar Tharpa'i 'byung gnas sbas pa, is completed. Translated by the Indian Abbot Gyalwa'i lha and the Tibetan translator.
