May it be! This is the ritual of rejoicing in merit and dedicating it. By what and what does one sustain life, pure life is victory. In order to pacify hunger and thirst, one should think of it as medicine. After that, for the food that is obtained, recite: Om Akaro Mukham Sarva Dharmanam Adya Nutpanna Rvat (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཎཱཾ་ཨཱདྱ་ནུཏྤན་ན་རྭཱ་ཏ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ akāro mukhaṃ sarva dharmāṇāṃ ādyanutpanna rvāt, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, from A begins, the mouth of all dharmas, primordial unproduced), Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha). By this, offer the torma. After that, recite: Om Ah Sarva Buddha Bodhi Sattva Bhyo Vajra Nai Bi Dye Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསརྦ་བུདྡྷ་བོ་དྷི་སཏྭ་བྷྱོ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་བི་དྱཻ་ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ sarva buddha bodhi sattva bhyo vajra nai bi dye hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah All Buddha Bodhisattva Vajra Offering Hum), by this, offer clean food. Recite: Om Hariti Maha Yakshi Ni Hara Hara Sarva Papam Na Sha Na Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧ་རི་ཏི་མ་ཧཱ་ཡཀྵི་ནི་ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ན་ཀྵ་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hariti mahā yakṣi ni hara hara sarva pāpaṃ na śa na svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Hariti, Great Yaksha Woman, Hara Hara, All Sins, Destroy, Svaha), and offer two portions of tsampa wine. Recite: Om Agra Pani Ta Si Bhya Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་གྲ་པ་ཎི་ཊཱ་སི་བྷྱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ agra paṇi ṭā si bhyaḥ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Supreme Drink, Give, Svaha), by this, offer the third portion of tsampa wine. After that, recite: Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum). Bless the tsampa in one's own container, and in order to pacify poison and so on, first eat with the thumb and forefinger. After that, for the remaining food that can be comfortably tolerated, recite: Om Ucchista Bandi Asi Bhya Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨུཙྪིཊ་བནྡི་ཨ་སི་བྷྱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ucchiṣṭa bandi asi bhyaḥ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Remnants, Bound, Give, Svaha), by this, offer the remaining tsampa wine. Other remaining food that has not been blessed should be completely discarded. Therefore, as it is taught in the scriptures: Offer the torma, offer clean food, first take the tsampa wine, the fifth is to offer the remnants, it will become the cause of obtaining great fruit and enjoyment. After that, perform scattering and drinking, etc. With pure wisdom and special joy, in order to benefit and bring happiness to all sentient beings, one should recite this three times: May the king and the patrons, and other groups of sentient beings, have long life and be free from illness, be perfectly complete, and always obtain happiness. After that, one should abide as desired with completely pure body, speech, and mind. After that, rely on virtuous spiritual friends and practice together, or by telling stories of births, tales, topics, or realizations, keep the mind abiding day and night. Then, in the afternoon, also perform recitation and praise, etc., as before, with the mind of no birth, bless the torma with the letter A, etc., and sleep with the sleep of yoga.

Oṃ, always enter the Buddha's Dharma. It is the pure approach to peace. It benefits all sentient beings. Since everything is beneficial, always abandon evil. Abandon association with evildoers. The noble one abandons evil. Universally confess all sins. All fabrications are completely liberated. Skillfully abide in samadhi. With universal great joy, the wise accomplish perfect enlightenment. At all times, without effort, protect completely with compassion. Even if it is suffering, do not dislike it. The supreme benefit will be accomplished. With these words, approach with words that possess the meaning of four syllables. Virtuous actions have been completely accomplished. Merit and accumulation have been gathered. Like awakening due to the power of habit, even in dreams, do good. If all beings can see the stainless image, like all speaking beings, act without intention. Therefore, do not regress. Thus it is said. Thus, day and night, continuously accumulating the accumulation of merit, until the essence of enlightenment, benefit sentient beings, and abide in peace. Leaning towards the meaning of the Middle Way, called Akashagarbha, first abide in action, taking this as the deity, coming from Vajrasana, having a peaceful mind towards the Brahmin caste. I pray to Akashagarbha for the first action. With this brief explanation of the words of the ritual, may the obscurations of the defilements of the sinful mind be quickly dispelled by cultivating enlightenment. With this ritual of the first action, whatever merit I have obtained, may those who perform the first action and all beings attain non-duality.
