འདི་ངེས་པའི་དོན་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་གསང་བར་སྤ་བར་བགྱི་ཞེས་གནང་བ་བླངས་པར་སྦྱར་རོ། །བདག་གི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གང༌། །དྲག་པོའི་འགྲེལ་པ་འདི་བྱས་པའི། །བསོད་ནམས་རྒྱ་ཆེན་གང་ཐོབ་དེས། །སྐྱེ་བ་བཞིས་བསྡུས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས། །ཀུན་རྫོབ་དོན་དམ་རིམ་ཞུགས་ལ། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་མཉམ་སྦྱར་བས། །ཕྱི་ནང་བགེགས་གཉིས་རྣམ་བསལ་ཏེ། །མྱུར་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་འཕགས་པ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྙེས་པ་དེའི་སྐུར་སྤྲུལ་ནུས་པ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་མཛད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་མེ་ལྕེའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་འགྲེལ་པ་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་སྣང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་མཉྫུ་ཤྲཱི་དང༌། བོད་ཀྱི་ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་དགེ་སློང་གཞོན་ནུ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པའོ། ། ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོས་སྔོན་པོ་ཅན་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དྲག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་མེ་ལྕེའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་འགྲེལ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ།

此事务必如所说的那样秘密保守，已应允并记录在案。我之续部的本尊，作此猛尊注释之，所获广大福德，愿以四生所摄之有情众生，于世俗胜义次第趣入，以方便与智慧双运，内外二障彻底消除，迅速成就金刚持果位。大阿阇黎圣者金刚手成就者，其化身能力金刚手所造《金刚火焰续》之注释《彼性显现》圆满。印度堪布曼殊室利与藏地译师比丘青年戒律翻译校订并最终确定。 金刚手，身着蓝色衣袍，大夜叉猛尊《金刚火焰续》之注释，名为金刚手。

This matter must be kept secret as instructed, and it has been promised and recorded. May all sentient beings included in the four births, through the great merit gained from composing this commentary on the wrathful one, the king of my lineage, enter into the relative and ultimate truths in sequence, and by uniting skillful means and wisdom, may they completely eliminate the two outer and inner obstacles, and quickly attain the state of Vajradhara. The commentary on the Vajra Flame Tantra, called "The Appearance of Suchness," composed by Vajrapani, an emanation of the great Acharya, the noble Vajrapani, who attained accomplishment, is complete. Translated, revised, and finalized by the Indian Abbot Manjushri and the Tibetan translator, the monk Zhonnu Tsultrim. Vajrapani, wearing blue robes, commentary on the great wrathful yaksha, the Vajra Flame Tantra, called Vajrapani.
