以之摄取并加持。如莲花般的菩提心，融入自己的心中。无二智慧将显现。智慧母的左脚，放在弟子的头顶上。我和金刚上师，以及所有断绝了兄弟姐妹关系的人，三界所有众生，不要轻蔑不信者。此外，所有已宣说的誓言，你应当时常守护。从今以后，我的孩子你，直至未获菩提之前，所有众生的利益，应当时常如梦一般行持。如是说。之后第四灌顶，从上师处了知。结尾的仪轨是，供养于虚空中升起安住的，大轮坛城之诸天众，尽己所能地献上供品。之后收摄坛城之所有庄严。以金刚萨埵之心髓，尽力忏悔。以食子供养空行母众。举行会供和勇士宴。以嗡 格日多 巴等，祈请智慧轮返回本位。以扎 吽 榜 霍，收摄誓言。众生欲望各不相同，因此，善逝考虑到这一点，为了引导不同的信仰，以慈悲之心为众生宣说了各种不同的菩提道。所有这些，都是为了利益某些众生，如明灯般宣说的。依靠它，以长久的虔诚，得见欲天之面容，那时，天神会赐予加持。使未成熟者成熟，生起一切功德的，智慧贤善，博学而不自满，精进勇猛，能忍且具坚毅之心，敬 गुरु (梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师) 具 गुरु (梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师) 且具悲心。寻找到如此良善的弟子后，便可授予圆满菩提之殊胜灌顶。以慈悲之心为众生行灌顶仪轨。长久修持，没有不能成就的。以所有辛劳的善根和福德，愿成就者获得两种成就。吉祥金刚手坛城之仪轨，是那摩类中所出的成就者，由上师扎瓦日巴所著，至此圆满。尼泊尔的堪布班智达德瓦普尔纳玛蒂，以及藏地的译师比丘法吉祥翻译、校对并最终确定。

Take and bless with it. Bodhicitta, like a lotus, blend into your own mind. Non-dual wisdom will become clear. The left foot of the wisdom mother, place on the crown of the disciple. I and the Vajra Master, and all those who have severed ties with siblings, all sentient beings of the three realms, do not despise those who do not believe. Furthermore, all the vows that have been spoken, you should always protect. From now on, my child, until you have not attained enlightenment, the benefit of all sentient beings, you should always act like a dream. Thus it is said. Then the fourth empowerment, know from the mouth of the Guru. The concluding ritual is, offering to the assembly of deities of the great wheel mandala, who rise and dwell in the sky, offering as much as possible. Then gather all the ornaments of the mandala. With the essence of Vajrasattva, confess as much as possible. Offer tormas to the Dakinis. Hold a feast of assembly and heroes. With Om Kritoba, etc., request the wisdom wheel to return to its place. With Ja Hum Bam Hoh, gather the vows. Sentient beings have different desires, therefore, the Sugata, considering this, in order to guide different faiths, with compassion, has taught various different paths to enlightenment for sentient beings. All of these, for the benefit of some sentient beings, are taught like a lamp. Relying on it, with long-lasting devotion, seeing the face of the desire deity, at that time, the deity will grant blessings. Ripening the unripened, giving rise to all qualities, wisdom is good, learned and not arrogant, diligent and brave, able to endure and with a steadfast mind, respectful to the गुरु (Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: guru, Chinese literal meaning: teacher) and compassionate. Having found such a good disciple, one can bestow the supreme empowerment of perfect enlightenment. With compassion, perform the empowerment ritual for sentient beings. With long-term practice, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. With all the virtuous roots and merits of hard work, may the practitioner attain both kinds of accomplishments. The ritual of the glorious Vajrapani mandala, is the accomplishment that came from the Namo lineage, written by the master Dzawa Ripai, is completed. The Nepalese Abbot Panditadeva Purnamati, and the Tibetan translator Bhikshu Dharma Sangpo translated, proofread and finalized it.
