The so-called twice refers to the nature of exhaling and inhaling twice. In such a sequence, the yogi should arrange the E syllable (ཨེ, Devanagari: ए, Romanization: e, Literal meaning: E) and the Vam syllable (ཝཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanization: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vam) extremely well. By this, one will become the body of the protector of the world, meaning that one will attain the nature of the lord of the world of the lineage. Others, etc., refer to going beyond the sequence mentioned here and reciting mantras, and even if one engages in various actions, that person is like punching the sky with a fist and destroying an empty husk. For example, just as there is no need to punch the sky with a fist or strike an empty husk, similarly, here too, one is performing recitations and so on beyond the sequence previously mentioned. Like the ritual, etc., whatever is done by the meditative yogi who possesses the ritual, the action of continuously performing is what is desired in the mind, and there is no doubt that it will be quickly accomplished.
