ན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་འབྱུང་བའི་རྐྱེན། འཕགས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་གཞི། ཡིག་འབྲུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡི་གེ་ཨ་རེ་རེ་བསམས་ཏེ་དེ་ལས། མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་འདོད་ཆགས་ཆེ། །བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནས། འཇམ་དཔལ་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་མཆོག །ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་བར་དུ་བརྗོད་པས་སྔགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡི་གེ་ཨ་དེ་དག་ལས་མཚན་གྱི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཡི་ གེའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཟེར་རབ་ཏུ་འཕྲོས་པས་བདག་ཀྱང་རབ་ཏུ་སྣང་བར་བྱེད། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་སྣ་ཚོགས་ན་གནས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡང་སྣང་བར་བྱེད་པ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་མཆོག་སྤྱིན་རྡོ་རྗེ་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནས། ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ་ཉིད་ཁྱོད་ལ་འདུད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་བར་ནི་རིགས་དྲུག་གི་རང་བཞིན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བསྟོད་པའི་བསམ་པས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཨོཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནས། ཨ་ཨཱ། ཨཾ་ཨ། ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་བར་གྱི་གསང་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པ་ནི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བའི་གསང་སྔགས་ཏེ། དེ་བཟླས་པས་ནི་རྩ་བའི་གསང་སྔགས་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་བསྙེན་པར་གྱུར་པའི་བསམ་པས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་པ་རི་ཤུདྡྷ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནས་མུ་པ་ད་ན་ཡ་ཞེས་པའི་བར་གྱིས་བརྗོད་པ་ནི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་བར་དམ་བཅའ་ཞིང་ཁས་ལེན་པའི་ཚིག་སྟེ་དེ་བས་ན་དེ་དག་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་ངོ་སྙམ་དུ་ཡིད་ལ་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནས། ཛྙཱ་ན་ག་རྦྷ་ཨཱཿ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གསང་སྔགས་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཕྲེང་བའི་སྔགས་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་བས་ན་དེ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ཕྲེང་བའི་སྔགས་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱ་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྙེན་པ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་འབྱོར་ན་མཆོད་པ་ཡང་དབུལ་ཏེ། འདོད་པའི་དོན་གསོལ་ནས། ལྷའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཡང་སྐྱེ་བ་མེད་པའི་དང་དུ་བསྡུས་ཏེ་ལྡང་བར་བྱའོ། །མཇུག་ཏུ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བས་བསྟོད་པ་དང༌། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཚོགས་བརྗོད་པ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཡུལ་དུ་གསུངས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བརྗོད་པ་ནི་གང་ཟག་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕན་ཡོན་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་དང་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བསོད་ནམས་ཚོགས་ཐོབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་མཚན་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་བསྟན་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། མཚན་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་བལྟས་ཏེ་བརྗོད་པའི་ཚུལ་བསྟན་པ།

乃巴的智慧生起之缘。所有圣众的福德与智慧之基。观想所有字母的精华，字母阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），由此。大供养大贪欲。从行事等开始。直至文殊师利具光荣之最胜。如是念诵，所有咒语的精华，字母阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）等，由彼等名之密咒的字母之光芒，极其照耀，亦令我极其显现。观想安住于各种佛刹的众生之眷属坛城亦显现。此后，从最胜布施金刚最胜汝等开始。直至智慧身汝礼敬。如是之间，以赞颂六种自性之薄伽梵之意念诵。从嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡）萨瓦达尔玛（藏文：སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ，梵文天城体：सर्वधर्मा，梵文罗马拟音：sarva dharmā，汉语字面意思：一切法）等开始。直至阿阿（藏文：ཨ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：अ आ，梵文罗马拟音：a ā，汉语字面意思：阿阿）。昂阿（藏文：ཨཾ་ཨ，梵文天城体：अं अ，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ a，汉语字面意思：昂阿）。如是之间的密咒念诵是，薄伽梵的根本密咒。念诵彼者，以念诵根本密咒之方式，以亲近而转成之意念诵。从帕ra格ra德达 帕瑞修达（藏文：པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་པ་རི་ཤུདྡྷ，梵文天城体：प्रकृतिपरिशुद्ध，梵文罗马拟音：prakṛti pariśuddha，汉语字面意思：自性清净）开始，直至穆帕达纳亚（藏文：མུ་པ་ད་ན་ཡ，梵文天城体：मुपदानय，梵文罗马拟音：mupādanaya，汉语字面意思：穆帕达纳亚）之间念诵是，乃是誓愿且承诺完全摄持薄伽梵智慧身之语，因此念诵彼等，且如是思念完全摄持。从嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡）萨瓦 达塔嘎达 赫日达亚（藏文：སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡ，梵文天城体：सर्वतथागतहृदय，梵文罗马拟音：sarva tathāgata hṛdaya，汉语字面意思：一切如来心）等开始。直至吉雅那 嘎日巴 阿（藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་ག་རྦྷ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：ज्ञानगर्भ आः，梵文罗马拟音：jñāna garbha āḥ，汉语字面意思：智慧藏 阿）之密咒，乃是一切如来之鬘咒。因此念诵彼，且以念诵鬘咒之门径亲近。此后，若有能力亦供养，祈请所欲之义。亦将天之等持，以无生之意摄持而起立。末尾，金刚手以随喜薄伽梵而赞颂，功德之聚念诵并非是禅定之境，念诵乃是诸有情之利益。彼即是应念诵者，为了获得福德之聚，名密咒之方式开示完毕。 名密咒之方式观察而念诵之方式开示。

The cause of the arising of Naba's wisdom. The basis of merit and wisdom of all the noble assemblies. Contemplate the essence of all letters, the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), from which. Great offering, great desire. Starting from actions and so on. Until Mañjuśrī, the most excellent one with glory. By reciting thus, the essence of all mantras, the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), etc., from those, the light of the assembly of letters of the secret mantra of the name, shines forth greatly, also making me appear greatly. Until "Wisdom body, I prostrate to you." In between, one should recite with the intention of praising the Bhagavan who is the nature of the six realms. Starting from Om Sarva Dharma (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ, Devanagari: सर्वधर्मा, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva dharmā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all dharmas) and so on. Until A A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཱ, Devanagari: अ आ, Romanized Sanskrit: a ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A A). Am A (Tibetan: ཨཾ་ཨ, Devanagari: अं अ, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ a, Literal Chinese meaning: Am A). The recitation of the secret mantra in between is the root secret mantra of the Bhagavan. By reciting that, one should recite with the intention of having become close in the manner of reciting the root secret mantra. From Prakṛti Pariśuddha (Tibetan: པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་པ་རི་ཤུདྡྷ, Devanagari: प्रकृतिपरिशुद्ध, Romanized Sanskrit: prakṛti pariśuddha, Literal Chinese meaning: Nature perfectly pure) until Mupādanaya (Tibetan: མུ་པ་ད་ན་ཡ, Devanagari: मुपदानय, Romanized Sanskrit: mupādanaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Mupadanaya), the recitation is the word of vowing and promising to completely hold the wisdom body of the Bhagavan, therefore recite those, and think in the mind that one will completely hold it in that way. From Om Sarva Tathāgata Hṛdaya (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡ, Devanagari: सर्वतथागतहृदय, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva tathāgata hṛdaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, heart of all Tathagatas) and so on. Until Jñāna Garbha Āḥ (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་ག་རྦྷ་ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: ज्ञानगर्भ आः, Romanized Sanskrit: jñāna garbha āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom essence Ah), the secret mantra is the garland mantra of all the Tathagatas. Therefore, recite that, and become close through the gateway of reciting the garland mantra. After that, if possible, also offer offerings, and request the desired meaning. Also, gather the samadhi of the deity with the intention of no arising, and arise. In the end, Vajrapani praises by rejoicing in the Bhagavan, and reciting the collection of qualities is not spoken of as an object of meditation, recitation is said to be the benefit of beings. That itself is what should be recited, in order to obtain the collection of merit, the explanation of the method of the name secret mantra is complete.
