བཞིན་རླུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་མེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བསྒོམས་ལ། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཡི་གེ་ཨོཾ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་མགོ་བོ་སྐམ་བོ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ཡི་གེ་ཨཱཿ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ཐོད་པ་བསྒོམ་སྟེ་དེའི་ནང་དུ་ཞོ་དང་འོ་མ་དང་ཆང་དང་ཉ་ལ་སོགས་བ་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་དང༌། སྒྲོན་མ་ལྔ་དང་དབྱུག་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དེས་རོ་མཉམ་པར་བྱས་པ་སྨིན་པ་རྒྱ་སྐྱེགས་ཀྱི་བཅུད་ལྟ་བུར་བལྟས་ལ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་པ་འདིས་བསིལ་བར་བྱས་ལ། ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ལྗགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྦུ་གུར་བསྒོམས་ནས་བཏུང་ངོ༌། །རང་གི་ཞལ་ནས་ལྷ་མོའི་ཞལ་དུ་སྟེ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སོ་སོ་ལ་ཡང་རྒྱུན་སྤྱིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བདུད་རྩི་མྱངས་པས་ཚིམས་པར་བྱས་ནས་སྔགས་བཟླས་ཏེ། ཐུགས་ཀར་གནས་པའི་ས་བོན་དང་ཕྱག་མཚན་ལ་སེམས་བརྟན་པར་བྱས་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་ཥྚྲྀཿ་ཝི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཇི་སྲིད་འདོད་པར་བསྒོམ་ཞིང་བཟླས་ལ། ལྡང་བར་འདོད་ན་རང་ལུས་གྱི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་བྱས་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ཉིད་ལ་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བཅུག་ལ་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་བདེ་ པར་གནས་པར་བྱའོ། །ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ནི་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཁོ་ན་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་ཀྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་བརྗོད་དེ་བདག་ཉིད་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་པ་ཉིད་དུ་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དོ་ཞེས་པའོ།། དེ་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཆེན་པོའོ།། །། རྣལ་འབྱོར་བཞི་བསྒོམ་པ།

于风轮之上观想火轮，其上由嗡字完全变化，在三个干枯的头颅之上，由阿字完全变化，观想颅器，其中有酸奶、牛奶、酒和鱼等五种甘露，以及五盏灯和手杖等，以此使其味道相同，观想其如成熟的蔓菁精华，以嗡（ཨོཾ，梵文：ओ，梵文罗马转写：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（ཨཱཿ，梵文：आः，梵文罗马转写：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）使其清凉。由吽字完全变化，观想舌头为金刚管，然后饮用。从自己的口中到明妃的口中，也向各个坛城不断布施。如是享用甘露而感到满足后，念诵咒语，对位于心中的种子字和手印坚定意念。嗡（ཨོཾ，梵文：ओ，梵文罗马转写：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）赫利（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文：ह्रीः，梵文罗马转写：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫利）什特利（ཥྚྲྀཿ，梵文：ष्ट्रिः，梵文罗马转写：ṣṭriḥ，汉语字面意思：什特利）维克利塔纳纳吽（ཝི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ，梵文：विकृतानान हुं，梵文罗马转写：vikṛtānāna huṃ，汉语字面意思：变异面容 吽）吽（ཧཱུཾ，梵文：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）啪特（ཕཊ，梵文：फट्，梵文罗马转写：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪特）啪特（ཕཊ，梵文：फट्，梵文罗马转写：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪特）梭哈（སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文：स्वाहा，梵文罗马转写：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈）。随心所欲地观想和念诵。如果想要起身，就以自身的光芒利益一切众生，然后以意念将一切都融入自身，以俱生阎罗敌的瑜伽之慢，安乐地安住。俱生阎罗敌的瑜伽，是指宣说自身之形相，唯有自性成就的阎罗敌之慢，即自身为阎罗敌，一面二臂，自性成就之义。此乃大瑜伽。 观修四种瑜伽。

Meditate on the skull cup, inside which are the five nectars such as yogurt, milk, wine, and fish, as well as the five lamps and staffs, etc. Make their tastes equal with these. Regard it as the essence of ripe radishes. Cool it with OM (ཨོཾ，梵文：ओ，梵文罗马转写：oṃ，literal meaning: OM), AH (ཨཱཿ，梵文：आः，梵文罗马转写：āḥ，literal meaning: AH), HUM (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，literal meaning: HUM). From the complete transformation of the letter HUM, meditate on the tongue as a vajra tube and drink. From one's own mouth to the mouth of the consort, also continuously offer to each mandala. Having been satisfied by enjoying the nectar in this way, recite the mantra. Fix the mind firmly on the seed syllable and hand symbol residing in the heart.
