It is said that this promotes action. The two letters called "Ruṇa," from all parts of the body, from all the pores, are said to completely draw out blood. That which quickly promotes action is called "Yoḍa Ya." Whoever diligently recites the mantra of Yama, the Lord of Death, will undoubtedly draw out the blood of all beings like a demon. This second line of the secret mantra, after the blood is drawn by the blood-drawers, is used to confuse people, this is the command of Yama, the Lord of Death. The "Yaḍa Yo" spoken in the third line is the invocation of the Lord of the Destroyer, which promotes action. The two letters called "Ni Ra," in all the places of the senses, by weakening and preventing ability, cause one to lose memory. That which quickly promotes action is called "Ya Kṣe Ya." Whoever diligently recites the mantra of Yama, the Lord of Death, will undoubtedly be destroyed by the destroyers and faint. This third line of the secret mantra will cause great confusion. The mantra "Ya Kṣe Ya" spoken in the fourth line is the invocation of the Lord of the Eater, which is said to promote action. The two letters called "Ccha Ni," around the skin, eyes, and heart, by licking, tasting, and devouring, leave nothing remaining. That which quickly promotes action is called "Rā Ma Ya." Whoever diligently recites the mantra of Yama, the Lord of Death, the eaters will devour those evils that should be devoured. This fourth line of the secret mantra is said to be the supreme method of devouring evil.
