Write down each of their respective seed syllables. Then, joyfully recite the mantra: Om Yama Raja Sado Me Ya, Yame Doruna Yodaya, Yada Yoni Raya Kshaya, Ya Kshaya Tsani Ramaya, Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཡ་མ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་དོ་མེ་ཡ། ཡ་མེ་དོ་རུ་ཎ་ཡོ་ད་ཡ། ཡ་ད་ཡོ་ནི་ར་ཡ་ཀྵེ་ཡ། ཡ་ཀྵེ་ཡཙྪ་ནི་རཱ་མ་ཡ། ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) If recited a million times, subtle siddhis will be swiftly accomplished. This is the mantra for the mala. Alternatively, inscribe the ten-syllable mantra on the moon in the heart of the mandala's lord, and then joyfully recite the mantra: Om Hrih Shtrih Vikritanana Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་ཥྚྲྀཿ་ཝི་ཀྀ་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) This is the heart essence mantra of glorious Black Yamari, the chief of mantras, which accomplishes all actions. Or the six-syllable mantra: Om Yamantaka Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ།), which is the mantra that shatters all, including Indra. Each mantra is very powerful; in short, it accomplishes all actions. Make a mala from the bones of humans, cows, elephants, donkeys, mules, horses, and dogs, and then, in a state of equanimity, recite the mantra. It should not be too slow, not too fast, the words should not be unclear, it should not be recited mentally, the mind should not wander elsewhere, it should not be too long, not too short. With such characteristics, recite the mantra as long as you do not become weary. If you become weary, properly offer to the mandala, and properly praise with the previous praises. Invite the wisdom mandala to depart with the three-syllable mantra that places the letter "Mu" (Tibetan) at the end. Then, establish the samaya mandala. The Greatness of Mantra Recitation and Showing the Proximity of Torma Now, I will explain the greatness of mantra recitation and the proximity of the torma. On the fourteenth day of each month, with the five amritas and smeared with the five meats, recitation will accomplish the supreme accomplishment. If you recite the secret mantra a hundred thousand times, you will subdue bhutas and similarly kill thousands of dakinis. Even if you commit the five heinous crimes, you will achieve accomplishment; there is no doubt about this. Habituate yourself to the ten virtues, conquer the senses, respect the lama, and be liberated from pride and anger; in this way, you will definitely become great. Do not recite while begging, do not wander around, recite the secret mantra with limbs still, the essence of the main deity, real and unreal, the eternal vow.

Relying on rainbows and the like, one should protect the large roots. For all sentient beings, the yogi does not abandon the mind of love with wisdom. By the power of supreme compassion, one should give torma to the ten directions. Every day or every month, or even once a year, give sixty-four tormas and contemplate sixty-four staffs. In order to constantly pacify obstacles and increase merit, give torma to all beings. Always, according to the ritual, draw a triangular mandala, and smear it with a mixture of water and excrement. With the yoga of Yamaraja Vaishravana, invite the gods who travel in those directions. Om Ah Hum Phem Phem Phat Phat, all the gods and so on who dwell in all three realms, this torma of divine substance, vajra completely pure, Grihna Tha Grihna Tha, Mama Shanti Dakuru Svaha. Whatever merit is obtained from arranging this mandala of Yamantaka, may it be like the moonlight born from churning the ocean of milk in autumn, may my small virtue, with this, I obtain the same position as the King of Yama, until the sky exists, may all sentient beings in the six realms become Yamantaka. This is the written sadhana of glorious Black One, which contradicts various scriptures, therefore it was not done for the real benefit of others, but only to show a little. It was done to understand the hidden, whatever merit is accumulated from this, may it be like moonlight, may all beings become Yamantaka.
