Chapter Seventeen: Explanation of Bodhicitta. Chapter Seventeen: Explanation of Bodhicitta. The tantras are all practices, even if they are disrupted, they should be understood in order, as explained. The so-called "five aspects" and so on. Among them, the sixteen vowel letters such as the letter A, doubled, are the nature of wisdom like the moon and mirror. The letters Ka, etc., and the remaining letters including Va, Ra, and Ya, a total of forty consonants, doubled, are the wisdom of equality like the sun, which is the second Bodhi. From the seed letter arises the image, and the image is also called the seed, which is the wisdom of individual distinction, the third aspect. From these arises expansion and contraction, which is the fourth aspect. Among them, all the moons, etc., melt into one taste, which is the wisdom of the extremely pure Dharmadhatu, the fifth aspect. The so-called "Buddha image" is Vajrasattva. The so-called "Vajra Holder" is the image of the deity who appears after being urged by the four songs, which is the main deity. That is what is said. The so-called "four songs" and so on. The so-called "Tsa Tsi Ka," etc., that is, the Maitreya, etc., that were previously practiced, should be understood as such, because the mandala assembly still needs to arise. Where Vajrasattva has not arisen, all there is the appearance of suffering, the seed residing there is Vajrasattva. Why is the image called Vajra, that is the mind, and the mind is the seed, therefore it is Vajrasattva. The difference lies in being urged by song and being close to separation, all of which arise only from complete transformation. The so-called "arising from six," etc., is six, which has been mentioned before. The word "etc." means having many tones. The so-called "Lang" means standing up. The so-called "Da Drol" means the venerable one. The so-called "compassionate wrath" is the wrathful deity urged by compassion. The so-called "three realms" are the three existences, namely the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. The so-called "Sol" means to burn. These are the (activities) of Vajra Tsa Tsi Ka. The so-called "from these demons" are the afflictive demons, the heavenly demons, and the aggregate demons.

And, the form of the Lord of Death, these are the four Maras. The so-called "becoming a king" means conquering the other, becoming victorious. The so-called "faith and liberation" is the lineage of kings. The so-called "becoming" is desire. It is of Vajravarahi. (The so-called) "World Protector" means inviting the people of the world as guests. Emptiness is from emptiness, reaching the ultimate of great bliss. The so-called "worldly merit" is by the merit of the world. These are of Vajrasaraswati. Why are you for what reason? The so-called "emptiness mind" is the thought of emptiness, emptiness is the meaning. The so-called "World Protector" means summoning the people of the world. These are of Vajragauri. To explain the necessity of the boat, it is said, such as "how" and so on. The meaning is this: melting with the heart of compassion and attachment, after dissolving, truly inspiring, and after that, like shooting a meteor, the Bodhicitta enters, it should be understood like this. The so-called Bodhicitta is the form of the three burning letters Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). In order to easily realize in this tantra, first, the so-called "first" is the expression of language, in order to explain the first of the first yoga, that is, the first of Vajrasattva, starting from the seven-branch pure unsurpassed offering, until the end of the completion of Vajrasattva, is the meaning of yoga. The so-called "its similar cause" is the deity arising from the melting of Vajrasattva himself, by true inspiration, that is, the result Yamantaka. The so-called "all wheels" is the collection of the wheels of the mandala deities. The so-called "body, speech, and mind nature" is the blessing of body, speech, and mind. The meaning of these is: the sadhana should be well explained. In one's own heart, from the red Yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, literal meaning: Yaṃ) letter arising from the red sun, from the black Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ) letter residing on it, rays of light are emitted, transforming into the two forms of a noose and an iron hook in front, one should visualize it like the wheel of the Yamantaka mandala, piercing from below and binding from above.
