其上,从pAM(པཾ,梵文天城体:प,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,莲花)生出八瓣白色莲花。其上,从naM(ནཾ,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:naṃ,水)生出白色水神,具有八蛇的头饰,呈男性的形象,右手持剑,左手持龙索。 所有这些都源于字母naM(ནཾ,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:naṃ,水)的种子字。 念诵以om(ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,唵)和svaha(སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā, स्वाहा)结尾的咒语。 念诵:oM hrIH striH vikR^itAnana hUM hUM phaT phaT(ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་ཥྚྲྀཿ་ཝི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ།,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ ṣṭriḥ vikṛtānanā hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ,唵 诃利 瑟知利 维格利达那那 吽 吽 啪 啪)。oM hana nAga naM parashapaya svAhA(ཨོཾ་ཧ་ནཱ་ག་ནཾ་པར་ཤ་པ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hana nāga naṃ paraśapaya svāhā,唵 哈 纳嘎 南 巴拉夏巴雅 梭哈)。 在那里,生起并召唤龙王们,在舌头上观想字母naM(ནཾ,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:naṃ,水),以浴水等供品令其欢喜。

The mandala is white and round, marked with a vase. On it, from paM (པཾ, Devanagari: प, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, lotus) arises an eight-petaled white lotus. On it, from naM (ནཾ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, water) arises a white water deity, adorned with the hoods of eight snakes, in the form of a male, holding a sword in his right hand and a serpent lasso in his left. The eastern petal is a vibrant green, like a joyful lotus petal. The southern petal is the white son of the wealth deity. The western petal is red Takshaka. The northern petal is black Karkotaka. In the fire corner is a white lotus. In the corner of emptiness is a large white lotus. In the wind direction is a yellow conch shell guardian. In the place of the powerful one, various lineages are generated. All of these arise from the seed syllable naM (ནཾ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, water). Then, offer brown sugar, milk, ghee, and pure flour food, praised with the syllable phu (ཕུ). Also offer incense that follows the seasons, such as camphor, crocodile claws, yellow mustard, Naga flowers, water infused with Naga saffron, incense mixed with sugar, and ghee lamps, all explicitly praised. Then, insert the seed syllable between the two za (ཛ). Recite the mantra ending with om (ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Om) and svaha (སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: svāhā, svāhā). In the shape of a radiant iron hook, summon the nagas to their respective places, give them bath water, and properly worship them. Furthermore, offer blue flowers and incense, as well as blue clothes and banners, and vases filled with blue water. With these offerings, make the following prayer: Great Naga King, please consider the command of the Blessed One and your loving-kindness towards us, and please send down great rain at this time! After saying this, think that the Naga King summons all the nagas and makes a special effort to send down rain. Recite: oM hrIH striH vikR^itAnana hUM hUM phaT phaT (ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་ཥྚྲྀཿ་ཝི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ།, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hrīḥ ṣṭriḥ vikṛtānanā hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ). oM hana nAga naM parashapaya svAhA (ཨོཾ་ཧ་ནཱ་ག་ནཾ་པར་ཤ་པ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hana nāga naṃ paraśapaya svāhā). If you recite this ten thousand times with a meditative mind, rain will follow. If it still does not rain, then make a round fire pit and draw a round mandala on it. There, generate and summon the Naga Kings, visualize the syllable naM (ནཾ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, water) on your tongue, and please them with offerings such as bath water. Place three offerings filled with brown sugar, ghee, and milk on the right and burn them.

Therefore, being satisfied, it rains. If it still doesn't rain, the nagas should be punished: make the mandala of the nagas as before, but the difference is that first the mandala of wind should be drawn. One should also visualize oneself as the yogi of Yama, the lord of death, who is in the center of the lotus of wisdom, blazing like the fire at the end of the kalpa, terrifying all the nagas, and visualize pressing down on everything with the left outstretched foot. Alternate each syllable of one's own mantra with each essence of the nagas, and recite with pride. Then, gazing at the lotus heart with the light of the fire driven by the wind, in this way, scorched by the fire from below and scorched by the fire of the wrathful deity from above, becoming extremely devoted, contemplate the wheel of the nagas that spews water, and it will definitely rain. If it still doesn't rain, the meaning of the words should be explained: from the sea, rivers, the place where the nagas dwell, anthills, and the soil at the roots of a single tree, make an image of a naga with seven snake heads. Treat it as leftover food that has been offered, and draw an eight-spoked sword wheel with cloth from a cemetery or clothes of someone killed by a weapon, poison, salt, mustard, and hot ghee. In its center, draw an eight-petaled lotus, write the essence of the nagas on the petals, and in the center, support it with the letters བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari vam, Romanized Sanskrit vam, water) and ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ, Hum). Place the wheel in the heart of the image. Therefore, one should visualize a single image of a naga, placing the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ, Hum) ཕུཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari phuḥ, Romanized Sanskrit phuḥ, sound of...) in the heart. Transforming oneself into the form of Yama, the lord of death, pressing down on that image with one's foot, recite the mantra as before, such as ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit hrīḥ, Hrih) ཥྚྲྀཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari ṣṭrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit ṣṭrīḥ, radiant) and so on, and visualize the nagas raining from the sky. Will they definitely rain? This thought is superfluous, because it is said, "When it does not rain, recite it a hundred thousand times, and it will rain." If it is very serious, it should be cut off by making Bhagavan Ignorance Vajra the main deity, visualizing the eight nagas in a peaceful hearth, and performing a hundred thousand peaceful homas with ghee and milk, etc. Even then, if the malicious nagas do not stop the rain, kill them in the wrathful hearth with the wrathful ritual.
