Take a white mustard seed that has been accomplished, and recite the mantra four million times. Then the yogi should collect and hold it. After that, if an emanation holds it, striking with it will bring life. Other than that, other methods should be explained with secret instructions. For this, perform the yoga of Yamantaka as it is, and for the purpose of pacifying poison, at the heart of the one to be subdued, from mantras such as Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), on the mandala of the sun, the light of the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) will completely burn the poison that is there. In the palm of the left or right hand, visualize an eight-petaled lotus born from Paṃ (Tibetan: པཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ). In its center, one should see a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable adorned with rays of light, dripping amrita. Others say that in the center of white light, place the syllable Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal meaning: Ha), as shown in the secret instructions. Then recite the mantra Hrīḥ Trīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ་ཥྚྲྀཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः ट्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ trīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ Trīḥ), or the wooden staff of Yamantaka, or Vikṛtānana, or the mantra Oṃ Hrīḥ Haḥ Hūṃ Jaḥ Haḥ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲི་ཧ་ཧཱུཾ་ཛ་ཧ་, Devanagari: ॐ ह्रीः हः हुं जः हः, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hrīḥ haḥ hūṃ jaḥ haḥ, Literal meaning: Oṃ Hrīḥ Haḥ Hūṃ Jaḥ Haḥ), starting from the hair on the head of the fallen one down to the feet. For this, visualize that the light of the seed syllable placed on the hand takes the poison and comes, becoming black, and discard it in that way, and visualize that the white light filled with amrita shines, becoming white. Or on Spang Le Wala, write ten of each syllable, and add one white Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal meaning: Ha) syllable to each, and then write the name of the one to be subdued. By this, one will become free from poison and will live, there is no doubt about it. Or visualize Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ) on the head, amrita falling like milk, and visualize a stream of light gradually removing the black impurity, which is the nature of the poison residing in the body. By reciting the mantra, one will become free from poison. To make it stiff, bind the syllables of the mantra itself with Mahādeva, yellow in color, and place them on the head and so on. Anointing is to meditate on the seed syllable of fire in the place bitten by the teeth. Prostration, the initial welcoming, the final sending away, striking, combine as in the ritual. The poison is bound. The yogi wants clarity, that's it. Anointing will bring life, there is no doubt. This is what is said. Mountain valleys, water places, etc., to pacify diseases of the head, this is easy to understand. Thus.
