Although it is thought like the former, conditioned phenomena are regarded as the nature of conventional truth, but not as ultimate truth. Therefore, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara said, "The sky is," and so on. All things are of the nature of non-entity, so it is the sky. Therefore, it is not separated from any dharma, and all things are merely born from it in the conventional sense. Therefore, the sky is not separated from anything. That sky should not be thought to be included in all dharmas and to follow all dharmas, because it is without substance. Likewise, others should also be understood. In "all dharmas," and so on, all dharmas are all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and all realms. They are body, speech, and mind, and their suchness is vajra. It becomes the basis for generating wisdom, so it is the place. Because when it is manifested, it becomes a sign of the path and fruit of the Bodhisattva. Therefore, it is the vow of the place. Because it is the nature of being separate from things, all dharmas are the nature of non-entity, and all the remaining should also be understood. In "the vow of all sentient beings," and so on, the mind of all sentient beings and all families is all sentient beings. Their vows are the body, speech, and mind of the five families, and so on, and that is the essence. That is the vajra, because it produces and creates, so it is arising. The collection of sounds that shows it is called a chapter. The essence of the vow of all sentient beings is the Vajra arising, which is the explanation of the fifteenth chapter.
