Chapter Thirteen: Explanation of Achieving Complete Enlightenment by Meditating on the Meaning of the Vajra Samaya Arrangement as Such. Chapter Thirteen: Explanation of Achieving Complete Enlightenment by Meditating on the Meaning of the Vajra Samaya Arrangement as Such. To show that one should recite or meditate after ascertaining that body, speech, and mind are of the nature of Vajra, it is said that from "then on," etc., the chapter on meditating on the meaning of the Vajra Samaya arrangement as such, achieving enlightenment, is taught. "Wisdom Vajra Supreme Holder," means that wisdom itself is Vajra, hence it is called Wisdom Vajra; likewise, it is wisdom that is of one taste and non-dual. It is supreme because it is excellent. It is called holding because it is joined without distraction from it. "Knowing that Samaya, offering," means that body, speech, and mind Vajra are the Samaya; after truly offering forms, etc., to the Vajra holder who knows that very thing, this Vajra realm is taught. "Ema, the way of becoming a Buddha is wonderful," where "Ema" means wonderful. Reciting by meditating on body, etc., as unborn is the way of becoming a Buddha, and the way of enlightenment is also the same. The qualities of strength, fearlessness, etc., are the peaceful qualities of the way. By this very meditation on the unborn, mantras will surely be accomplished, so it is said to show the way of mantras. What is wonderful here? It is said, "The unborn dharmas," etc., the dharmas such as the aggregates are unborn, they are the nature of non-things, and their nature is special, so it is wonderful that the arising of such wisdom is well explained. Reciting mantras with particular devotion to the nature of body, speech, and mind is Vajra recitation. That itself is great wisdom. The three bodies are the body, speech, and mind Vajra, and they are indivisible. The mandala is the essence. Obtaining the characteristics of the indivisible three bodies, and "Buddha wisdom," etc., the fruit of recitation is taught. The union of the emanation of body, speech, and mind is the union of Vajra recitation.

That is, the union of Vajra recitation, requesting to explain how, through this method, the practitioner can hear the nature of the wisdom sea, which is blessed by all Buddhas, and which is possessed by the lineage, essence, body, speech, and mind. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have appeared in the past, future, and present have arisen from this Vajra recitation and will arise from it, so please explain. The so-called "recitation of the meaning of all mantras" refers to reciting with particular faith and joy in the meaning of all mantras, which is the recitation of the meaning of all mantras. Also, in accordance with "marked by the three indestructible Vajras, arranged by the three Vajras," the union of body, speech, and mind with the unborn becomes one, hence it is called "marked by the three indestructible Vajras." Its meaning refers to the final arrangement of the three differences of Vajra, such as contemplating the body without a body, etc., one should arrange the body Vajra, etc., in one's own body, etc. Furthermore, in order to more clearly show its meaning, the body, speech, and mind, etc., are spoken of, that is, after determining one's own body, speech, and mind as the nature of the body, etc., one should expand it into three forms, and through this union, the yogi's body, speech, and mind become equal to the Vajra. This is the union of the mind Vajra. The body Vajra is "the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas," etc., which refers to contemplating and then in one's own continuum. The so-called "observing the supreme offering" refers to observing offerings such as form with the mind itself. The speech Vajra is "of all Buddhas," etc., which refers to contemplating the meaning of the speech Vajra. After thus separately explaining, now for each union, also expanding the body, speech, and mind, that is, "or" etc. is spoken of. The so-called "with the wisdom mind" refers to the mind of contemplation. Is it enough with just this? It is said, "Originally the expansion of the Vajra," which refers to reciting one's own mantra and then expanding, thereby pervading all these spaces. Therefore, "after completion, one should completely gather in."
