Chapter Five: Explanation of the Supreme Conduct of Universal Practice. Chapter Five: Explanation of the Supreme Conduct of Universal Practice. Because perfect meditation is accomplished by non-conceptual wisdom, even those who are strictly prohibited in other tantras, such as those of evil lineage, have the opportunity to achieve realization through meditating on emptiness. Therefore, the chapter on the supreme of all conduct is taught, beginning with "Then." The conduct such as generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, which are the perfections, are all conduct. The supreme of these is the suchness of all phenomena. Its meaning is the meaning of the Dharma. "Non-conceptual meaning arises, accomplishes" should be connected in this way. Among these, the meaning of non-conceptuality is non-dual wisdom. What arises from it are the various lineages such as hatred. Accomplishing means generating the five lineages, which are characterized by the supreme qualities of the Great Vehicle, in the minds of those to be tamed. Therefore, it is said, "The supreme vehicle is unsurpassed, it accomplishes the supreme siddhi." This means that for yogis, those who generate non-dual wisdom will perfect the Vajra Body, etc., but not those who are manifestly attached to substantiality. Therefore, it is taught that those who wish to achieve complete accomplishment should meditate on non-dual wisdom. Because faith in non-duality is the means to accomplish the purpose of a person, not lineage, etc. Therefore, "evil lineage" and so on are taught. Even those of evil lineage, butchers, and others who commit great sins will achieve accomplishment. This should be connected in this way. Evil lineages, etc., which are strictly prohibited in Kriya Tantra, etc., are "those who seek the meaning of killing." This means merely thinking of methods such as killing beings. Committing the five heinous crimes, killing monks and nuns, destroying temples, abandoning the sacred Dharma, etc., are referred to as committing heinous crimes, etc. Thus.

Even the great sins of a son will be accomplished. Furthermore, the sound "again" indicates that not only those who possess Dharma and are pure in discipline, born in noble countries and lineages, will achieve it, but even those of lower birth and so on will also achieve it. This clearly shows the power of meditating on selflessness. Reviling the teacher from the heart, even if one practices diligently, one will not achieve it. This indicates that this obscuration is extremely heavy. Any sentient being who kills, they will become vessels for practice. Connecting this sentence, whenever, for those who are frightened and afraid of abandoning, if they do not carefully consider, hearing pleasant words, merely taking refuge in the Three Jewels and generating Bodhicitta, even if they engage in killing and other actions, they think that the Bhagavan allows them to enter the mandala and so on here. Therefore, as a cause for entering, it is said, "Any sentient being who kills" and so on. It is also said in the Root Tantra that there are sentient beings who are frightened and afraid by the words of instruction of the mandalas of all Tathagatas, and therefore do not enter. Those who face and abide on the path of the mandala of the lower realms are also allowed to enter this mandala. Therefore, everything will be transformed into engaging in virtuous deeds, merely taking refuge in the Three Jewels, generating Bodhicitta, and possessing the seeds of habituation for meditating on them is not enough. For those who abide here as a cause for entering, the meaning of killing and other actions is transformed into something else, which shows the excellence of entering the Great Bodhi. For this, obtaining the Samadhi of emptiness that makes all sentient realms non-existent with the wisdom vajra is called killing. The nature of phenomena is originally clear light, primordially pure and unborn. There is no Bodhi and no realization, this principle of Bodhi is firm. Thus it is said. Showing that all things are empty, here it is lying. Visualizing transforming all sentient realms into body, speech, and mind vajras, all three realms of all sentient realms.
