Holding an iron hook and a rope, one hand points a finger to threaten others. Hayagriva is red in color, blazing with many rays of light, possessing a garland of light that radiates various harms. With a changing face, three eyes, adorned with emanations. The Lord of the Assembly dwells in a posture of subduing all harms by pressing down with his left foot. In his right hands, he holds a lotus, a vajra, and a vase. In his two left hands, he holds an iron hook and a rope, with one finger pointing to threaten others. A horse's head is placed on the crown of his head. The fourth, Amrita Whirlpool, is black in color, blazing with many rays of light, with violently churning vajra clouds, extremely wrathful and harmful, gnashing sharp teeth. In his right hands, he holds a vajra, a sword, and a wooden stake. In his left hands, he holds an iron hook, a battle-axe, and a rope. The posture of all these wrathful deities is with the left leg extended. The remaining ones are shown from below this. Because it averts all obstacles, it generates joy, and because it is pleasing, it is the mandala of its meaning. Because they are not to be transgressed, they are the Samaya beings. In these tantras, whatever is not specifically stated to be excluded should be generated as one's own deity's samadhi in the three-faced, six-armed form. Generating the mandala of mind is the empowerment of the mandala of samadhi. The collection of sounds that reveals it is expressed as the sound called a chapter. Explanation of the first chapter.
