Chapter One. Explanation of the Empowerment of the Mandala of the Samadhi of All Tathagatas. Chapter One. Explanation of the Empowerment of the Mandala of the Samadhi of All Tathagatas. In Indian language: Śrī Guhyasamājapañcīkā. In Tibetan language: The Commentary on the Glorious Secret Assembly. Homage to the noble Manjushri, the courageous one of wisdom. Homage to the all-pervading Vajradhara. Having bowed with all reverence, That which arises from the secret assembly, I shall differentiate as much as I can. What is to be expressed by "Thus," and so forth? What is the connection? What is the necessity? What is the necessity of the necessity? In this King of Tantras, the Secret Assembly of All Tathagatas, the Secret Assembly of All Tathagatas is the Bhagavan, the body, speech, and mind Vajra, always abiding like the expanse of the sky, the Great Vairocana Vajradhara, the essence of the seventeen chapters, the four doors of liberation, such as the Svabhavikakaya, are to be expressed. The collection of words that reveal it is the Tantra, which is the expression. Thus, the expressible and the expression are related as the nature of the expressible and the expression, this is the connection. Those who are strictly prohibited from other tantras, born in inferior places, thinking of extremely evil deeds, possessing the obscurations of deeds such as the five heinous crimes, and those who abide in the teachings of the tantras of Ishvara and Dakinis, and border regions, those who kill, steal, lie, engage with mothers and daughters, and delight in what is edible and inedible, the Bhagavan also permits taking refuge in the Three Jewels, generating Bodhicitta, and entering the mandala, etc., generating joy, and having desire arise in this, this is the necessity. Because desire arises, performing entering the mandala, etc., obtaining the fruits of the world and beyond the world, this is the necessity of the necessity. Thus, to show that the Bhagavan should meditate on the nature of the mandala, the first of the seventeen chapters, the mandala of the Samadhi of All Tathagatas.

The nature of the chapter called "Blessing the Body Mandala" has been explained. In order to explain that after generating the mind of aspiration, hearing, and contemplation for great enlightenment, one should cultivate the mind of great enlightenment, the second chapter is the chapter on the mind of enlightenment. The third chapter explains the nature of the chapter on the Samadhi of Vajra Arrangement. In order to explain that one should cultivate by obtaining vows, etc., the fourth chapter explains the nature of the chapter on the Mandala of the Mind. In order to explain that through the complete cultivation, one will become a Buddha through non-conceptual wisdom, the fifth chapter explains the nature of the supreme practice of mantras. In order to make pleasing offerings after the blessings of body, speech, and mind, the sixth chapter explains the nature of the chapter on the blessings of body, speech, and mind. The forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects of the Buddhas, etc., are all emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, that is, cultivating the self-nature of the door of liberation as if it were a dream, or by combining it with the remembrance of the Buddha, etc., one will surely achieve it, so the seventh chapter explains the nature of the supreme practice of mantras. Because one will achieve through offerings, and one will not achieve without accumulation, the eighth chapter explains the nature of the chapter on speaking alone. If a mantra practitioner does not achieve even with the seven accomplishments, then one should grind the self-nature of the Samadhi that does not use the means of approximation into powder with the Vajra of body, speech, and mind, and cultivate it like the sky. Similarly, even if one cultivates the vows of delusion, etc., one will achieve if one completely abandons approximation, so the ninth chapter explains the nature of the chapter on the vows of the ultimate reality itself. After the yogi cultivates, if signs appear, then one should truly encourage with the essence for seven days, and cultivate yoga properly and enter into practice, so the tenth chapter explains the nature of the chapter on encouraging the essence of all Tathagatas. In order to make the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas enter the Vajra, all yogis should generate their own body, speech, and mind with "Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)", so the eleventh chapter is
