It is for the sake of arising. For example, the eight great hells are: Reviving Hell, Black Line Hell, Crushing Hell, Crying Hell, Great Crying Hell, Hot Hell, Extremely Hot Hell, Uninterrupted Hell, as well as Hungry Ghosts, Animals, Jambudvipa (Southern Jambudvipa), Superior Body Continent (Eastern Superior Body Continent), Cow-Enjoying Continent (Western Cow-Enjoying Continent), Kuru Continent (Northern Kuru Continent), the Four Great Kings Heaven, the Thirty-three Heavens, the Heaven of No Strife, Tushita Heaven, the Heaven of Delightful Transformation, and the Heaven of Others' Wielding Power, totaling twenty places. As it is also stated in the Abhidharma-kośa: 'Hells, hungry ghosts, and animals, as well as humans and the six desire heavens, are the desire realm, and the differences in hells and continents amount to twenty.' The term 'all arising' refers to earth, water, fire, and wind. They all arise from the Dharmadhatu, so they are called the producers. The term 'Suchness' refers to the Dharmadhatu. It becomes the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds, meaning that Suchness is the place of miraculous transformation, because one becomes many. The term 'female form' refers to being characterized by a subtle voice, breasts, and female genitalia. The term 'male form' refers to being characterized by a loud voice, a beard, and male genitalia. The essence of the pleasure of the union of these two is also where the Bodhicitta of the Dharmadhatu abides, so it is said to abide in the state of great bliss. 'Thus' refers to striving for the meaning stated above. The term 'Tathata' refers to being unchanging and all-pervasive. The term 'Knowledge' refers to realizing and understanding the ultimate letters, the nature of Nirvana, kṣa(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), oṃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the yogi who knows, is the great secret knowledge, the letters have been explained. If asked what it is like, it is specifically stated: 'That which abides in all selves,' because it has become the nature of essence and container. The remaining part of the color of the letters mentioned above states: 'Without color and red in color,' and so on. Among them, 'without color' refers to black, because there is no white or other colors. 'Red in color' and so on are easy to understand. 'That which has become the form of a bindu' means that those letters reside in the center of a bindu the size of a mustard seed.

"Manifesting coming and going" refers to the outward manifestation from the four types of lotuses, pervading the three realms, and is the meaning of inward retraction. To clearly show that meaning, it is said, "That which is wisdom and great magical power, Boundless and possessing various forms," meaning that the Dharmadhatu itself is wisdom and great magical power, because it can produce many from one. The so-called "boundless and possessing" refers to the countless worlds like the sands of the Ganges River. It is precisely because of "boundless and possessing" that there are "various forms." The so-called "boundless and possessing various forms" refers to the various essences produced by the karma of sentient beings. For example, in the sentient world, among the five types of beings, there are large and small, good and bad, subtle and coarse, virtuous and non-virtuous, male and female, pleasant and unpleasant, and so on. In the outer world, there are white, yellow, red, black, short, long, round, square, non-square, sweat, Mount Sumeru, and so on. As stated in the Abhidharmakosha, "Karma gives rise to various worlds." Thus, to clearly explain the Bodhicitta that pervades the three realms, that is, the initial arising of the Dharmadhatu, and the meaning of retraction during the time of the world, it is said, "Birth and gathering," and so on. Among them, "birth" refers to the formation of the outer world and the inner sentient beings. For example, during the formation kalpa, due to the karma of sentient beings, wind mandalas, water mandalas, great自在天mandala, seven mountains, Mount Sumeru arise in the sky, and from the Thirty-three Heavens to the Third Dhyana, the lower and middle realms arise for the duration of one intermediate kalpa. Sentient beings are the gods of the Fourth Dhyana, along with their palaces, and falling downwards from there, until the Avici Hell, which is the first place of arising, and is the duration of nineteen intermediate kalpas. The so-called "gathering at the time of destruction" refers to the world that is not destroyed during the destruction kalpa. The Avici Hell no longer produces hell beings, but first transfers from the hells of other worlds to here, and then transfers upwards, until the gods of the Fourth Dhyana along with their palaces.
