Sprinkling with fragrant water, reciting the holy Dharma, praises, auspicious words, songs, the sounds of musical instruments, and the sounds of laughter and stringed instruments of beautiful women, the crowds from all directions should fill the earth, making the viewers content. Then, for the prosperity of the benefactor and others, the mantra reciter, adorned with fine clothes, ornaments, and headdresses, should perform a grand fire offering with complete implements, and if the benefactor is able at that time, he should make the king the head and first listen to his commands. The builders should be adorned with all kinds of decorations and made content with gifts of clothes and the like, and then they should be made to climb the victory banner. Afterwards, with a joyful mind, according to one's own wealth, a daughter adorned with all kinds of ornaments, as well as livestock such as elephants, horses, cows, and buffaloes, and objects such as gold, silver, copper, gems, and pearls, ornaments and fine clothes, fields full of flowers, houses, places such as monasteries, male and female servants, and retinues, in order to fulfill the desired needs, everyone should please the teacher. After that, the teacher should offer sang and torma and other offerings, make proper offerings and praises, then taste the nectar, recite the hundred-syllable mantra seven times, prostrate, ask for forgiveness, thereby completing the fire offering, and request the Buddhas and other holy beings to return.
