It is established in the city. That is desire, that which manifests desire is called compassion. Because it has three aspects of suffering. Moreover, the Bhagavan (the Blessed One) said that all things are suffering. Among them, the suffering of suffering itself, such as how to experience eye diseases and so on. Secondly, the suffering of conditioning itself, such as how agriculture, artisans, and commerce support the family's children and so on. Because all actions that have the nature of supporting relatives are the essence of suffering. Thirdly, the suffering of change itself, such as the nature of poison and so on. Because poison itself is sweet, so it is not painful at that time, but it is painful through transformation, that is, it becomes discordant, which is called transformation, in the future, just like the cause of suffering such as death, and it is the cause of suffering such as the ten non-virtuous actions. Great compassion also has three aspects: because it is based on all beings, so being based on beings is the first. Because there are no beings in the ultimate sense. These three realms are only mind, there is no so-called being, this is because it is based on Dharma. Being based on Dharma is the second. If all Dharmas are analyzed in detail, there is no entity, and not being based through the gateway of the object of focus is the third. Among them, being based on beings is the initial practitioner. Being based on Dharma is the Bodhisattva who is on the ground. Not being based is the Buddha Bhagavan. If the Buddhas are without an object of focus, then how is it because there is no object of focus. Then how to benefit beings and benefit Dharma? Just like the wish-fulfilling jewel, there is no object of focus

Not all who do these things are. Similarly, the Buddha Bhagavan, by the power of previous aspirations, benefits sentient beings as they should. It is said: Although the king of gods sends down rain, bad seeds do not ripen, although all Buddhas have appeared in the world, those without the opportunity do not enjoy it. Similarly, although the teacher has no effort, in the manner of the wheel of Dharma turning, as desired, from walls and other places, the Dharma will also appear. Similarly, although all teachers have no conceptualization, like a wish-fulfilling tree, they accomplish the benefit of sentient beings, and although they have no conceptualization, they can also accomplish it. It is said. Is the wish-fulfilling jewel not the nature of mind? How is it the same as the Buddhas who are the nature of enlightenment? It is not like that. It is not the same in every way, because the wish-fulfilling jewel is only a metaphor in terms of having no object. The Buddha Bhagavan is the nature of non-dual wisdom, endowed with all qualities, while the wish-fulfilling jewel is the opposite of that. Enough with the detailed explanation. The explanation of the fifth branch is complete. Now, the sixth branch is explained by the name "constant and uninterrupted", that is, the continuum of the qualities and so on described by the Sambhogakaya, in the manner of completely entering, because it is the nature of non-abiding Nirvana, it is constant and uninterrupted, but the Sambhogakaya is also not the aspect of completely entering and retreating in some periods, it is the aspect of having interruptions. If that is the case, because the constant Bhagavan is the state of the nature of the Sambhogakaya, then the beings to be tamed will always have the opportunity to see the nature of the Sambhogakaya, and not the nature of retreating in the form of Indra and Brahma, if asked. It is not like that, even if the Sambhogakaya is constantly and uninterruptedly completely entering, but because of the beings to be tamed, appearing as the form of Indra and Brahma, there is no contradiction. For example, it is similar to the body of a dancer.

Just as initially appearing in the form of a dramatic performer's body, in times of song and music, due to the power of various named costumes, it appears to the worlds as Vishnu, the Great Lord, Brahma, and so on. However, for the dramatic performer himself, the essence of his body exists at all times, and that is how worldly people use the term. Similarly, the Sambhogakaya of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also constantly and continuously abides in the dense array of the non-abiding Nirvana. As it is said: Abiding on the pure lineage, in the city of Akanishta called 'Utmost Joy,' the perfect Buddha attains enlightenment there, while the Nirmanakaya Buddhas attain enlightenment here. This is the explanation of the sixth limb. Now, the seventh limb is explained by the term 'without cessation.' Cessation refers to the transformation of the Sambhogakaya form, detailed explanations, and the fear that arises if it remains for a short time, and so on. Being free from cessation is being without cessation. And what is that? It is the nature of what is to be accomplished. Because of compassion, being under the control of others, and because the stream of sentient beings never ceases, it will abide in samsara as long as samsara exists, that is its meaning. Now, from the perspective of summarizing the seven limbs, it is explained that 'one's own desire is the seventh limb,' and so on. The Buddha to be accomplished, who possesses the seven limbs as explained, and Vajradhara, and so on, are of the nature of great bliss, and my desire is the seventh limb. 'Here' refers to the Guhyasamaja Tantra. It is not just one's own desire, but also praised by wisdom that is fully cultivated by valid cognition. Those who have wisdom that is fully cultivated and accustomed by valid cognition, such as direct perception, are those who have wisdom that is fully cultivated by valid cognition, that is, the wise ones. They also highly praise mantra and approve of it, because it is Samantabhadra. This is the concluding word. The view of Acharya Vagishvarakirti is that the fourth action to be accomplished, which possesses the seven limbs, is also the accomplishment.
