The nature of focusing the mind on a single point is meditation, which is the wisdom that enters into the nature of conventional and ultimate truths. This should be explained as follows: If one is close to forms, etc., and thereby generates desire, etc., then one should determine that it is the nature of Amitabha, etc., and focus on forms, etc., such as beauty, with the nature of the wisdom mother similar to oneself, and enter into equanimity. Think of the pride vajra merging with Amitabha, the jealousy vajra merging with Akshobhya, thereby realizing the nature of the three vajras as being like space, and visualizing one's own body, speech, and mind as being the nature of the three vajras, and accomplishing it as much as possible, thereby obtaining the effect of the power of joy. One who has obtained bodily pleasure, glorious Vajradhara, etc. In the manner of verses, etc., contemplate that one's own mind and the three vajras abiding in space are no different, and cultivate the samadhi that possesses the characteristic of focusing on a single point. This is the fifth limb of meditation, namely the second limb. Third, the limb of life exertion Now is the third limb of life exertion. The nature of the five wisdoms is breath, the essence of the five elements. Having extracted it in the form of a pellet, contemplate it well on the tip of the nose. Five precious colors. Knowing that life and trembling are integrated into mindfulness, because it is the nature of wisdom, it is the nature of the five wisdoms. The essence of the five elements is the breath that arises from the mandala of the five elements such as earth, which must be exhaled, that is, at the tip of the nose, at the tip of the nose of the lotus of the goddess, in the form of a pellet, that is, contemplating it as the shape of a bindu. The five colors are the nature of white, yellow, red, green, and blue. Jewel, that is, precious, is supreme. Mindfulness, that is, because it generates joy, is a jewel, and because it is difficult to obtain and its light is blazing. It also transforms, therefore it is called life exertion mindfulness. This should be explained as follows: The breath that comes out from the nostrils is the nature of the five great elements, possessing a net of light, with the essence of the five colors and five wisdoms, spreading throughout the sky. The net of light...

With the bliss of entering equally into the inseparability of method and wisdom, invite the taste of the nectar of joy-born wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, each in their own way, to enter from your own nostrils. Thus, contemplate it pervading all the limbs of your body, becoming the nature of bliss, and becoming inseparable from its net of light and bliss, arising from the vajra path, on the pistil of the lotus of the goddess, dripping with bindus like pearl jewels dyed with sindhura, appearing white and red, extremely beautiful. One should constantly contemplate the consort similar to oneself, with the soft vajra embraced by limbs, etc., as the essence, which is the same as subtle yoga, which is the three branches. Fourth, the branch of holding the life force Now is the fourth branch, contemplate your own mantra in your heart, and place the life force in the bindu. The so-called "self-power jewel blocking" is said to be holding and grasping. The mind becomes the vajra of blocking. The clinging to signs will arise. There are five kinds of sign realms. What Bodhi Vajra said is that the first is like a mirage, the third is like the appearance of the sky, the fourth is like a burning lamp. Like a cloudless sky, it is the fifth that always appears. What is said is that, contemplate your own mantra in your heart, in the center of the letter residing in the heart of the wisdom being, firmly establish the seed syllables such as Mi, and then put the life force into the bindu, and contemplate it as having five kinds of light. The so-called "self-power jewel blocking" is because it is firm and blocking, or combined with the senses, or combined with one's own senses. Holding means preventing outward dissipation. In this way, through the order of the mind becoming firm, from the exhaustion of breath arising from the mandala of the five great elements such as earth, the awareness of signs will arise, and there are also five forms of this. First, like a mirage, it is because the breath arising from the earth mandala is exhausted, so it is the stage of the heat sign. Like smoke, it is because the breath arising in the water mandala is exhausted, so it is the stage of the inward characteristic of the apex. Like the sky, it is because the sky pervades everywhere, or like sparks flying, it is because the breath arising from the fire mandala is exhausted, so it is the sign of endurance.

That is the state of great luminosity. Like a lamp, because the breath produced from the wind wheel is exhausted, one attains the state of realizing the nature of the supreme Dharma. The aspect of the appearance also shows that the nectar light pervades all the immeasurable mandalas, and the breath produced from the mandala of the sky is exhausted, so that the nature of all dharmadhatu appears near, and one enters the state of great bliss of the most joyful earth. This should be explained as follows: Immediately place the wisdom hero in the heart, and from the seed syllable of the sign, the net of light merges with the life force, manifesting various transformations. As before, perform all the rituals, and then gather into the bindu of the seed syllable of the sign in one's own heart. The letters of the mantra are also visualized as bindus. In the center of it, imagine oneself and the consort embracing with limbs, tasting the ocean of bliss. The two hands are tightly clasped in the two armpits, the two light doors are closed, the tip of the tongue is turned back, and the vajra posture is bound. Gradually restrain the life force, this is the supreme oral instruction of the union of bindus, the fourth limb. Fifth limb: The limb of mindfulness. Thus, in the state of supreme joy, the nature of the transformation of the afflicted object has been shown, in the interval of the path of seeing. Now, in the state of joylessness, also with what was done before, the nature of remembering and manifesting again and again, with the path of meditation, the fifth limb of mindfulness. From the stable vajra path, one should expand into the realm of space. Whatever is contemplated as mindfulness, one should develop it in the same way. It is said to be mindfulness, arising from the separate appearances. As it is said, it is to know that the stable appearance of consciousness arises, and to develop the stable consciousness. If it is not stable, it will not develop, that is, from the vajra path. From where does it develop? From the sky, that is, from the dharmadhatu, from the mandala of the sky. Mindfulness, such as the mantras mentioned in the upper part, is the consciousness of remembering mindfulness, bliss, etc. Oneself and others appear separately and coexist.
