Seventeenth Chapter: Explanation of the chapter called "The King of Blessings of the Vajra of the Vows and Samayas of All Tathagatas." Seventeenth Chapter: Explanation of the chapter called "The King of Blessings of the Vajra of the Vows and Samayas of All Tathagatas." Thereafter, because by perfectly guarding the vows, one will attain the desired accomplishments, hence the chapter "The King of Blessings of the Vajra of the Vows and Samayas of All Tathagatas." Thereafter, the Blessed One and others spoke, and the word "again" is because it relies on the fourth assembly. Having done so, the prayer to the Blessed One, who is the essence of the five Tathagatas, such as Akshobhya, to explain the vows with words that reveal that meaning, is like the one called Akshobhya Vajra and so on. Because the four maras cannot shake him, he is Akshobhya. Because of the nature of not doing, he is Vajra. Because he is the nature of the wisdom of the Dharma without beginning or end, he is great wisdom. Because he is the cause of the arising of the body vajra and so on, he is the Vajra realm. Because he understands the stainlessness of all dharmas, he is the great wise one. The three supreme vajras are the supreme of the body vajra and so on, that is, glorious Vajrasattva. Because he is the nature of the three mandalas of body and so on, he is the three mandalas. He requested to explain that secret, that is, the vows and so on, and having said so, he prostrated. Because he appears and is clear in all sorts of different ways, he is the one who appears in various ways. Like the saying, "changing causes change," he applies the condition of being able to do to his own meaning, therefore he is the one who makes various appearances. Because he is the nature of wisdom like a stainless mirror, he is perfectly pure. Because he understands the wisdom of discernment, he is Vajra. Because of that nature, he pacifies all the defilements of afflictions, therefore he is peaceful. The Blessed One, who possesses the aspect of the supreme uncontaminated great bliss, is called by that name. "By nature, it is the clear light Dharma," as it is said, is like the image residing in a mirror.

ra是ratna(藏文,梵文天城体,ratna,珍宝),是最令人高兴的。

The rest has been said. Ra is ratna (藏文,梵文天城体,ratna, jewel), which is the most pleasing. Because it increases and expands, it is a jewel. Because it is beautiful and shines, it is a king. Because it embodies the wisdom equal to the sky, it is profound. Because it is the unchanging and immaculate nature of light, it is the Vajra Sky Immaculate. Because it is inherently pure. Because there is no divider and divided, it is without clothes. The kinds of jewels arise from the kinds of ignorance and depend on matter, so they are completely deluded and without difference from desire, therefore, I prostrate to the Vajra Body. Because it has become the lord of indivisible and immeasurable wisdom, it is the Great King Vajra Immeasurable. Because it holds the wisdom of the same taste as the sky, it is the Non-Conceptual Sky Vajra Holder. Because it has reached and crossed to the other shore of completely pure desire, it has attained the other shore of desire. Because it is unchanging and accomplishes meaningful fruits, the Vajra will not be eaten by demons. Because it makes all thoughts completely perfect. The nature of purity is great bliss, which arises from da. Because it is the nature of jealousy arising from hatred, it is Vajrasattva. "All Buddhas" and so on are benefits, which are easy to understand. Vajra is the glorious Vajrasattva. Its enjoyment is the form of Akshobhya and other bodies, etc., no matter what is used to praise it. This "also" indicates that the practitioner will temporarily become the Tathagata, and the reciter will also be proven to become like a Buddha because of being particularly interested in its meaning. Therefore, one will become like a Buddha. It is said so. Then, "teacher" and so on have been said. To all Buddhas, that is, to sentient beings who will later become Buddhas, with compassion. The Vajra Secret Speech will be explained, it itself is pure, and what is universally proclaimed is Ema, etc., because it can obtain the fruit of fearlessness, it is the Dharmadhatu.

The great immutable is the vow that will be explained. It itself is without stain like the sky, therefore it is without stain like the expanse of the sky. From "then" and so on, it is merely to be understood. The body vajra of all Buddhas is Vairochana. Its vow is the vow of the body vajra of all Buddhas, that is it. "Buddha's wisdom ocean of light" refers to the yogis of the deluded lineage, who are thoroughly cleansed by the waves of mirror-like wisdom, because they are free from all faults such as delusion, therefore it refers to those who possess good complexion. "The four vows should be kept" refers to the common vows of all lineages, such as killing. The special vow is to eat the great flesh of the nature of Ratnasambhava. "Vajra speech is the great immutable" refers to the yogis of the desire lineage who, through discriminating all dharmas, are purified by means of entering into samadhi, whose actions are impaired by non-discrimination. In "saying excrement and urine etc.", the word "is" is to distinguish the other things established by the division of the three lineages, apart from the four such as killing. Among them, excrement is the nature of Vairochana. Urine is the nature of Akshobhya, which should be constantly eaten by the yogis of the desire lineage. The others have already been explained. "Vajrasattva great power" refers to the yogis of the hatred lineage who, with the wisdom of the dharma realm without beginning or end as their object, are without discrimination in speaking and so on. Because there is the saying, "Possessing great power, there is no fall." The blood of the nature of Amoghasiddhi, mixed with the semen of the nature of Amitabha, should be constantly eaten by those with definite intelligence. "Body, speech, and mind vajra" and so on, are merely to be understood. By the Vajradhara, that is, the yogis who hold the body vajra and so on. The meditation bodhisattva of body vajra and so on is Vajrasattva.
