Fifth, Explanation of the Chapter on Supreme Universal Conduct. Fifth, Explanation of the Chapter on Supreme Universal Conduct. After the vase initiation, vows and precepts should be conferred at the end of the Vajra conduct. The chapter on supreme universal conduct is spoken by the Thus-Gone One and others. All conduct is the nature of giving and morality, etc., which are worldly and beyond worldly. Its excellence is the conduct of yoga, and the meaning of the dharma of the nature of conduct is suchness. The Blessed One with that nature spoke it. "Non-discrimination," etc., is connected to "accomplishing." The supreme great bliss without outflows, free from all faults of discrimination, is the meaning of non-discrimination. It arises from that. The families of desire, hatred, and delusion. Desire is the lotus family. Hatred is the vajra family. Delusion is the Thus-Gone One family. "Supreme Vehicle" means the chief of all vehicles. It shows the means of purifying desire, etc. Therefore, since there is nothing superior to this, it is unsurpassed. "Accomplishing" means that in the continuum of the yogi, the three families of the nature of Amitabha, etc., are accomplished. If you ask whether only that much is accomplished, it is said, "Siddhi" means accomplished with meaning. "Most excellent" means the great mudra of the jewel family. This shows that the three families of purified desire, etc., are born from all families. Among them, the purification of desire is the wisdom of definite discrimination, and the collection of words that show that meaning is the wisdom that follows words, and its nature is Amitabha. Jealousy is distinguished by hatred, so its nature of purification is accomplished with meaning. The basis of objects, the supreme nature of the purification of all delusion, is Ratnasambhava. Perfect Enlightenment.
