Meditating by completely separating all scopes is the meaning of what is called the Great Accomplishment. Because it demonstrates all accomplishments, it is the perfection of all thoughts, and because it is the nature of non-deception, it is also Vajra. Those who desire supreme accomplishment abide in the fruit of the six-limbed approach and near-accomplishment, and practice the conduct of mantra for six months. After that, the practice should be commenced, therefore, in order to stabilize the conduct of mantra here, it is said, "Then," and so on. All Tathagatas are Body Vajra, and so on. Their Body, Speech, and Mind are the same as Body, and so on. Those themselves are the conduct of the meaning of mantra, and the practice of properly taking it is to practice with properly receiving it from the Guru as the priority. What is called "own nature itself" is by the very form of ritual and fabrication, and so on. What is called the conduct of mantra of Body, Speech, and Mind is the conduct of Body of braids and topknot, and so on. Having faith in both deities, and so on, is the conduct of Speech. The wisdom of gnosis arising from the union of one's own consort and non-duality is the conduct of Mind. The topknot headdress is adorned with the immovable one of ritual and fabrication, and so on. The color is like white, and the limbs are adorned with white and oily [substances]. What is called everything as in the ritual is holding a white eight-spoked wheel in the hand, and the ornaments and clothes are thin, light, and beautiful. On the arms are three armlets on the right arm, which are entrusted by all Buddhas to protect Body, Speech, and Mind. The vows of mantra are the verses of the vows to be declared, which are truly heard from the Guru. All the ornaments are priceless and very beautiful. The position of the eyes is the image. Enjoyment is the jewel crown, and so on. The Vajra is the immeasurable light on the crown. The sign is the wheel in the hand. The ritual of the Mudra is the ritual of meditating on the Great Mudra, and so on. The ritual of the mantra is the ritual of recitation.

Oṃ. The excellent union of mantras is the tantra of mantras, and to have thoroughly studied those is what is meant by truly making a disciple. The term "becoming a Buddha" refers to Vairocana. The term "six months" refers to the time of asceticism. The term "always by others" and so on, this is a verse of the vows of mantras. Stealing is holding one's own deity's conduct. Killing is subduing ordinary arrogance with the pride of the deity. Desire Vajra refers to the knowledge as previously stated, and the meditation on the distinct dharmadhātus arising from non-dual union. That itself is abiding, it is unsurpassed bliss. To engage in that is to enjoy. By these vows, one is completely protected. The term "by these vows, one is completely protected" means that because I have truly taken these vows, one is completely protected. After explaining the asceticism of Vairocana's vidyā, among what was said by Amitābha and Akṣobhya, Desire Vajra is Amitābha. Her hook woman refers to the one who attracts, that is, the white-clothed woman. The term "quality belt" refers to having the belt of the qualities of the Buddha himself, therefore it is called that. Speech Vajra is Amitābha. Supreme Mind is Akṣobhya. The term "this is" refers to the two vidyās just mentioned. The term "all aspects" refers to all aspects of the two's hair knots and crowns, etc., being easy to understand as conforming to the previous and subsequent. Since one has qualities and has not found a vidyā, or if some of the practitioner's external vidyās turn their backs, how should one act? The term "meditation" and so on has been explained, or the term "also" means another aspect. The word "one's own mudrā" means that it must be ascertained, it is the co-emergent appearance of oneself, not external, that is the meaning. Therefore, the term "meditation" has been explained, it is the meaning of the nature of mind. The term "meditation" is, as before, the form of the eye and so on. The term "possessing the three-syllable vajra" refers to the three syllables of Vairocana and so on. The vajra of those syllables refers to the hair knots and crowns, etc., similar to the body and so on.

It possesses that and self-nature. If the external vidya is not seen, then how can the Buddhas be pleased? To this, it is said, "Thus," and so on. Because they are omniscient, when they see the vidya with their own nature and a steadfast mind, they will be very pleased, that is their intention. The so-called "vajra" is the three vajras accomplished through recitation and close practice. The so-called "past" means moving or declining. The letters of the vajra are desire and liberation. The so-called "will be destroyed" means will attain destruction, meaning it will not be accomplished. The wisdom of the three vajras is discrimination. Whoever has the ability to explain its meaning and is accustomed to it, is called that. The so-called "great conduct" means great skillful means. "The wisdom of the three vajras arises" means born. The asceticism of wisdom itself is the suchness of samaya, the supreme of samaya. That itself is the vajra, because it destroys all the obscurations of accomplishment. Because he shows that, so the Bhagavan is also called that. The mandala of the meaning of all accomplishments, its vajra is the secret deeds. The Abhisambodhi of those is to completely and correctly realize. That chapter of meaning is called that. The explanation of the Guhyasamaja combined, from the flower in the palm, the sixteenth chapter. Chapter Sixteen: The explanation combined, called the Vajra Abhisambodhi, the Mandala of All Accomplishments.
