Chapter Sixteen: A Commentary on the Vajra Manifestation of Complete Enlightenment, the Mandala of All Accomplishments. Chapter Sixteen: A Commentary on the Vajra Manifestation of Complete Enlightenment, the Mandala of All Accomplishments. Chapter Sixteen is the chapter on practice, so here we will explain the activities of the Acharya, accomplishments, asceticism, and vows. Among them, in the drawn mandala itself, there is the practice of accomplishment and the activity of the Acharya, therefore, first, in order to distinguish the stages of drawing the mandala, it is said, "From then on," and so on. That is, the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, their samaya, the way to understand is explained in the fourth chapter: "All Tathagatas are peaceful," and so on, which means the four verses of requesting the mandala. After requesting in this way. The vajra jewel of all Tathagatas, because it increases joy, it is a jewel. Because it exhausts afflictions, it is a vajra, such as the form vajra. That itself is the offering, and its arrangement is the assembly that pervades the sky. All vajras are all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. That mandala of theirs is like the king of lions, so it is the king of the lion's samaya. Its individual elaborations are arranged as they are, gathered in the form of their respective names. The samadhi focused on that is called that. The vajra body of all Buddhas is the eternal body, that is, Vairochana, and its mandala is the Guhyasamaja, the drawn body mandala with support. It is called supreme because the body vajra belongs to all Tathagatas. The mind vajra is the samadhi mandala manifested by Vajradhara. Similar to that is the same as that. Mandalas, etc., mean all, that is, the union of the three secrets, in which the goddesses, etc., are the secret of speech, the wrathful deities, etc., are the secret of mind, and the rest are the secret of body. It is called supreme.

Because those secrets are the Tathagata himself. The so-called "Kuru is sixteen" means that each side is four kurus or sixteen kurus. This is the size of the practice mandala. The mandala of empowerment and so on, each side starts from one kuru and goes up to one thousand kurus. "The Vajra of the Body dwells supremely" means having that master. The so-called "wheel should be drawn" means half the size of that mandala, or the circular mandala inside the octagon decorated with eight pillars after drawing the vajra line. The so-called "Vajra Ritual" means that from drawing lines and so on, until the end of the empowerment, they should be combined. Because the actions generally proclaimed in other tantras such as the Guhyasamaja and the Shri Paramadya Tantra, which are not contradictory, are also actions themselves here, so it is a ritual. The Guhyasamaja, which is specifically proclaimed, is contradiction itself, so it is the vajra. The vajra together with the ritual is the vajra ritual. By this, draw lines and paint. Similarly, until the empowerment, and between giving mantras and samadhi, combine it with "by the vajra ritual." Those should all be regarded as the ritual of the mandala. The mudra is a symbolic mudra. That itself is the place of the vajra. The reality of the mantras should be placed. If you ask what it is like, it is the supreme of secrets, the supreme is the vow. Or the supreme is the form of the great mudra and so on. Secret is what should not be shown, it means what should not be drawn. Vairochana's place is the wheel with rays. The so-called Akshobhya and so on, refers to the octagons on that face, etc., the vajra and wish-fulfilling jewel and lotus and sword with rays. "Body, Speech, Mind, Vajra, Supreme Ones, in all corners" means the supreme of body and the supreme of speech, and the supreme of vajra mind and the supreme of vajra, which are respectively Eye and Mamaki and White-robed Mother and Tara, those are placed in order in the directions of fire etc. of the inner mandala.

Ra bya'o. The wrathful ones refer to Yama, the Lord of Death, and others. The goddesses are a plural term, abbreviated with "etc." Therefore, six offering goddesses should be taken, four are the four outer corners. Regarding the two, the powerful one and the fire boundary, the Touch and the Dharma Realm Vajra Mothers are arranged in order, according to the instructions of Kunga Nyingpo. These two are on the two sides of the root door, and because they are close to the corners, they are called corners, according to Yeshe Zhap. The sides of the doors are also corners, so the twelve outer corners are the twelve sources, as mentioned in the introductory text and the praise of the great mandala, according to others. Among them, the eyes of the queens are vajra, lotus, and blue utpala flowers. The offerings are: mirror, lute, conch shell for incense, container for food, various clothes, and the one called Dharma Arising, which should be written. Kshitigarbha and others are: wheel, blue vajra, wish-fulfilling jewel, lotus, sword, and good vajra. The wrathful ones hold hammers with flames, pegs, lotuses, and the appearance of open vajras. Vajra Secret, extremely well meditated. It means arising from lotus and vajra. It is the secret three of the nature of all speech vajras. Its expansion is clouds, individually expanding clouds. Their arrangement is to summarize each one in a symbolic form and arrange them according to their position. The rest should be understood following the previous ones. Vajra's meditation means meditating on the meaning that should be meditated on to show. Vajra Dharma is Amitabha, because that great king possesses it, so it is called that. The Lord of Knowledge is Amitabha, because that is its nature, so it is the Lord of Knowledge. Amitabha's own self-born body and self-born mandala, those are the four places. Speech Vajra is Amitabha. It is said to generate those qualities, to sow its seeds and pray through seeing and entering, etc.
