Chapter Thirteen: A Commentary on the Explanation of Fully Accomplishing Enlightenment by Meditating on the Meaning of the Vajra Samaya Arrangement, Which Is Suchness Itself. Chapter Thirteen: A Commentary on the Explanation of Fully Accomplishing Enlightenment by Meditating on the Meaning of the Vajra Samaya Arrangement, Which Is Suchness Itself. The meaning of this chapter is great accomplishment. There are two parts to its realization: vajra recitation and the meditation on the vidyadhara. The rest come incidentally. In "Then," etc., "Bhagavan" should not be recited, as it is more than the verses. Wisdom is diverse. Vajra is the vajra of body, etc. The best of these is the gathering, which is repeatedly elaborated. Holding it is for the sake of repeatedly gathering, so it is holding the best of wisdom vajra. Intelligent is the one with excellent wisdom, who possesses vajra recitation. Benefiting all sentient beings. What truly arises for that purpose is the assembly, which means to make a gathering. The teacher is the guide, and because he has the power to show all that is true, he is the great teacher. Because he is the basis for making everything true and diligent, and because he is the fruit, he is the Thupa and the meaning of all. Vajradhara is Vajradhara. Samaya is the wisdom vajra. Its suchness is the indivisibility of the three vajras. He knows it, so he knows the suchness of samaya. "Having prostrated to him" means with reverence. "Offering" means with clouds of form vajras, etc. Because it is one sound, the vajra is also that, and because it is spoken from each face, it is also speech, so it is the vajradhatu. These are the six verses that will be explained. He spoke it, which is to bestow the teachings. In that, the first praise of recitation itself is "Emaho," etc. "Ema" means wonderful. Reason, logic, and complete knowledge are synonyms. The Buddha's way is very good, which is the wisdom vajra, the dharmakaya of the nature of suchness, which is extremely pure. That is the Bodhi of all the Buddhas.

It is enlightenment. That itself is good, because it is equal to the sky. The body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas pervading the entire space realm are the Dharma of the Buddhas, that itself is the Buddha, that is the mantra. They are all good, if one understands that they arise from the Dharmakaya, then the way to Buddhahood is very excellent. That is also because they are elaborated from the wisdom vajra by the root mantra. The so-called excellence of the way of enlightenment is that enlightenment itself, which is the nature of the Dharmakaya, is excellent. Understanding the excellent nature of the Buddha's Dharma is the excellence of the way of enlightenment. That is also because the wisdom vajras, which are elaborated from the wisdom vajra itself by the root mantra, and those make them of one taste. The so-called way of Dharma is very peaceful, that is, those Dharmas of the Buddha are the nature of peace itself. Understanding that the nature of what is to be grasped is only one's own awareness is the way of peaceful Dharma, and that is also because the essence of wisdom gathers those three distinctions. The so-called way of mantra is very stable, that is, those mantras themselves. Stability is the essence, and their knowledge is also non-existent. If there is nothing to be grasped, then there is no grasper, so understanding the characteristic of emptiness of both, that is the stability of the way of mantra. That is also because the mantra of enlightenment without self ascertains them as such. Vajra recitation is of two kinds, namely, elaboration from one and elaboration from all. Thus, first praising with verses, then praising the second. The so-called unborn Dharmas, etc., are spoken, the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas who pervade the entire space realm, those themselves are only the Dharmas of the Buddhas, therefore they are the Dharmas, etc. The arising of wisdom from them is the generation of certainty. Well spoken is praised by all the Buddhas. From what kind does it arise? It arises from the unborn, that is, the three bodies abiding in the Dharmakaya mandala appear to be pervasive in this way, it is not that something previously non-existent arises. That is also distinguished by the root mantra.
