Chapter Five: The Excellent Explanation of Universal Conduct. Chapter Five: The Excellent Explanation of Universal Conduct. The fourth method for supreme accomplishment is the Great Accomplishment. Its characteristic is: The teachings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are the Great Accomplishment. This means that the realization shown and guided by the mandala lord to the mandala assembly is the Great Accomplishment. This has been described in the first chapter and others. Here, non-dual wisdom is Bodhi. Attaining it is becoming a Buddha. Those who have steadfast faith in it are the Bodhisattvas. Their teachings, that is, their actions, are the meaning of extremely secret conduct. This is also the Great Accomplishment of vows, because it is a great method. This is explained in the fifth and ninth chapters, etc. Therefore, the meaning of this chapter is universal conduct. As stated in the eighteenth chapter: Wisdom arises from skillful means, aggregates, realms, and sense bases. Until: Whatever the mind engages in, is shown as universal conduct. To distinguish its chapters, it is narrated starting from "Thereafter," etc. These six verses, by showing the characteristics of the Bhagavan, reveal what is particularly devoted conduct. That is, what arises from the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas is called "This." Here, the body of all Buddhas is Vajradhara, which is space. Speech is its awareness, which is the realm of space. Whatever is born from them is particularly devoted to them, which is called "This." Mind is the beginningless mind. The body, etc., born from that mind is the Vajra of Mind, and holding it is holding the Vajra of Mind with the same particular devotion. The king is the lord of the mandala. The four goddesses who are the nature of the four outer great elements. The palaces and the six places, the places of the six goddesses, residing is their lord. The mandala assembly that is spoken of is called "All Excellent."

The excellence of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas lies in this. The five Buddhas, which encompass all Buddhas, are the five aggregates here. The six Bodhisattvas, which encompass all Bodhisattvas, are the six sense bases, such as the eye, here. All conduct is Samantabhadra's conduct, and it itself is the supreme Dharma, the supreme path. Therefore, it itself is the meaning to be practiced, hence it is said as such. The characteristic of conduct is the nature of Samantabhadra's conduct. The spoken word is that which has been spoken. What is that? It is said "non-conceptualization" and so on. Because it is the nature of the deity of Suchness and true wisdom, it is non-conceptualization. The meaning is all things. That which arises from it is what is called those who particularly believe in the nature of completeness. Therefore, this is the completion stage. If any thing is particularly believed in anywhere, what should be believed in? Here, the father and mother are the nature of skillful means and wisdom. Their essence is the non-elaborate Bodhicitta. The self is the lord of the mandala that has been completely transformed. One's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases are the mandala assembly. Their Dharma nature is their awarenesses. The six, such as form, are the nature of the six offering goddesses. The outer and so on, should be particularly believed in as the nature of the great palace of the nature of the four goddesses. "Desire, hatred, ignorance, etc." Regarding this, desire and so on, are made manifest again and again to be pervasive. Regarding this, by believing in embracing completely one's own aggregates and sense bases, and one's own consort, grasping form and so on is ignorance. The cessation of the dualistic thoughts is hatred. Experiencing the taste of non-dual bliss is desire. A practitioner who has become like that is a supremely excellent practitioner, that is, accomplishing Buddhahood. What is that? The excellence of the vehicle is unsurpassed, that is, the excellence of the Bodhi path of Buddhahood, that is, the meaning called great accomplishment. On the mind that has not entered into Samadhi
