Just like that, residing in the mandala of accomplishing meaning, seeing the benefit to the Three Jewels and others, due to faith in the naturally luminous Dharma, speaking false words in order to deceive others. That is also said in the 'All Secrets Tantra': 'For the sake of others' happiness, and for the cause of the teacher's happiness, for the sake of benefiting the Three Jewels, the wise may also speak falsehoods.' Saying it that way means speaking non-false language, because it is free from harboring resentment towards others. Similarly, even if speaking the truth causes harm, then what is said is falsehood. Between truth and untruth, what is important? Whatever benefits others is truth. That's what it says. The so-called Samaya Mandala is the jewel-topped mandala spoken of for the reason of entering. The mandala is spoken of with words such as "all." The so-called harsh speech and so on, harshness is everything unpleasant, which is a word without attachment to what is taken. The word "etc." includes divisive speech and so on. Divisive speech is what separates beings from the right path. Impure speech is praise for enjoying pure objects. Or, seeing the meaning of the teachings and so on, all dharmas are unreal. After ascertaining the verses such as "without," residing in the mandala of the source of jewels, one speaks harsh words. For example, when men and women are united, because they are very attached, they speak harsh words, divisive speech, and impure speech, and so on. Similarly, some think that the deities themselves should be contemplated as speaking freely. In this way, even if one practices the path of the ten non-virtuous actions, one will not fall into the lower realms, because the continuum is completely pure. That is also said in the 'Sutra of Purification of Karmic Obscurations': 'When the mind is afflicted, beings are afflicted. When the mind is completely pure, it is completely pure.' Previously, all doubts were eliminated by the wisdom samadhi of non-duality of space, but in order to accept future disciples who can understand elaboration, just as if they do not understand the nature of reality, the Bodhisattvas also do that.

The reasons for the questions to the Tathagatas, etc., have been explained. The Tathagatas also know their thoughts and prevent them as if they do not know, and by "those," etc., they make them realize that this is not contradictory in reason. The so-called "conduct of the Tathagatas" is because the Tathagatas mainly want to obtain the fruit. When explaining this reason, the example of space is used. For example, space has no self-nature, and so do all dharmas. In this regard, all the glorious Buddhas have said: "Everything is the nature of space, and space also has no nature." This is in the ultimate truth, because the desire realm, etc., do not exist, so it means without self-nature. The so-called "for example" is like space. Because all dharmas are things without self-nature, in order to explain this, it is taught that you should not have the idea of a doctor, etc. If that is the case, how can there be birth and death? In this regard, "for example," etc., is explained. This is what is said: In the conventional truth, there is birth and death; but in the ultimate truth, there is no birth and death. It is also said: "What is born after obtaining that is not born by self-nature. If it is not born by self-nature, how can it be born?" Now, those Bodhisattvas have obtained the realization of the suchness of the Dharma, and in order to express it specially, they offer their realization with verses. The so-called "wonderful" is because dependent origination itself has no fault. The so-called "equal to space" is because it is free from various attachments to the self-nature of suchness. The so-called "non-conceptual" is because there is no self-nature. The so-called "pure" is because the self-nature is luminous. The so-called "only conventional" means that with great compassion, everything is observed, and in order to purify them, practice, etc., is done. Because it is both meaningful and supreme, it is the Vajra of the ultimate Bodhicitta. That completely pure is suchness.

The meaning of which is the instruction of the four vows as they are. That itself is the vow. Whatever name exists for it, it is called that. The difficult commentary on the Glorious Guhyasamaja, made by the blessed Victorious One, the explanation of the ninth chapter is completed. Ninth Chapter: Explanation of the vows of the meaning of the ultimate purity, the suchness.
