Chapter Three: Explanation of the Samadhi Called Vajra Arrangement. Chapter Three: Explanation of the Samadhi Called Vajra Arrangement. In order to generate the Bodhi of complete deities, with the cultivation of Bodhicitta as a preliminary, after teaching Bodhicitta, the chapter on Vajra Arrangement is spoken. Starting with "Then," etc. All Tathagatas are Vairochana, etc. Their play is the manifestation of many emanations. That itself is a cloud, in order to pervade the entirety of space. Having condensed it, it is arranged in order to contemplate it in the form of mandala deities. This is the composition. As for what is called Vajra Arrangement, Vajra is Bodhicitta. That itself is the Samadhi contemplated through the distinctions of Vairochana, etc. That which has something to be spoken about is called that, and it should be connected to "it is spoken." Oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. This is the mantra for stabilizing Bodhicitta. Among them, Oṃ signifies acceptance, meaning that this is so. Since all conceptualizations are not true, it is śūnyatājñāna; since that itself is inseparable, it is vajra. Its svabhāva is the absence of conceptualization. Its ātma, that which has self-nature, is ahaṃ, which is the concluding statement that "I am the nature of inconceivable wisdom." Alternatively, since things are unborn from the beginning, and are free from conceptualization, and are merely like illusions, therefore Oṃ, through the symbol of letters, the wisdom like a mirror is spoken. Śūnyatā signifies the wisdom of equality. Jñāna signifies the wisdom of individual discernment. Vajra signifies the wisdom of accomplished action for the sake of showing play. Svabhāva ātmako signifies that the nature of phenomena is the essence of being without afflictions, therefore it is the wisdom of extreme purity. Ahaṃ signifies that the self is definitely shown by the nature of the five wisdoms, the essence of the Great Vajradhara. Having thus ascertained the self as the nature of the five wisdoms, one's own remaining

It should be shown to meditate on the deity. Also, From the words of Gongpa: "The syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) is the first to possess, the second is called Shunyata (藏文:ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ,梵文天城体:शून्यता,梵文罗马拟音:śūnyatā,汉语字面意思:Emptiness), the third is Jnana Wisdom) as such, the fourth is called Vajra (藏文:བཛྲ,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:Vajra), the fifth is Svabhava (藏文:སྭཱ་བྷཱ་བ་,梵文天城体:स्वभाव,梵文罗马拟音:svabhāva,汉语字面意思:Nature) Atma (藏文:ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ,梵文天城体:आत्मको,梵文罗马拟音:ātmako,汉语字面意思:Self), the sixth is called Aham (藏文:ཨ་ཧཾ,梵文天城体:अहं,梵文罗马拟音:ahaṃ,汉语字面意思:I). Thus, the body of the Tathagata is shown to the supreme being." So it is said. In order to establish the dependent of the previous support, it is said that the mandala of the support is shown nearby. "The sky" and so on, the realm of the sky is the source of Dharma and the lotus of Vajra Dakini, the meaning is not different. To abide in its center is to meditate as it transforms. The mandala of the Buddha is called so because it is born from it. Also, it is said in the thirteenth chapter: "In the center of the sky Vajra, from the supreme body of the Dharma Illuminator, the three bodies of Samaya arise, contemplate well on the seat of thought." So it is said. Therefore, Yeshe Zhab also said: "From the wheel of Bhrum (藏文:བྷྲཱུཾ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), the limbs of Vairochana with knowledge arise perfectly." So it is said. This reveals the secret of all mandalas. The cloud of light is the emanation. The great arrangement is the great cloud of light in which there are infinite emanations from each one. Therefore, it is said that another distinction of this is shown: "The Buddha burns with light without equal," which means that the one who burns with the form of the Buddha is the Buddha burning with light, so it is not equal to the light itself. "Five kinds of light pervade all," which means that it eliminates all the darkness of ignorance, and because it is in accordance with the Dharma, the nature of the five wisdoms, such as Vairochana, etc., because they have the tip of the white light, etc. Also, it is said, Yeshe Zhab also said: "The light of the Thubwang mandala of various kinds, the light pervades all directions without exception." So it is said. "All are completely round," which means round, and this is also said in the heart mandala. The outer one is also square. In the opening chapter, it is said that "the great Samaya mandala is square," which is its characteristic.
