Because inherent existence is impossible to arise permanently. The term "all phenomena" refers to all aggregates and so forth. The term "all the Buddha's phenomena" refers to the ten powers and so forth. The term "should be known accordingly" is because, although it is the nature of being free from all conceptualizations, it appears as it is labeled. Thereupon, the Sugatas spoke of the great wonder. Among them, "from that" and so forth, "the phenomena that follow space" refers to the body that pervades space and so forth. The term "the Buddha's phenomena" refers to the array of the body and so forth. The term "following" means becoming manifestly increasing, which is wonderful. Thus, the Bodhisattva, having shown the arising of all phenomena, spoke of the arising of the accomplishment of mantras. Therefore, "because of the Buddha" and so forth. The accomplishment of all mantras is the common accomplishment and the great mudra. It was asked, "Where does it abide?" The answer was given, "From that Vajrapani" and so forth. "Good" means knowing that it is the occasion for questioning. All accomplishments refer to what was said above. All mantras refer to the Sugatas and so forth. The reason for focusing on body, speech, and mind is that it is their nature, so it is not always apparent. The Tathagatas asked, "Why is that?" My body, speech, and mind abide in the vajra, because it increases from the three doors. Because it also shows that its nature is equality, body and so forth are mentioned. It is said that one does not abide in one. That mind is also and so forth. Again asked, "Why is that?" The answer is that space is not its nature. The three doors are also the nature of the mind, and it is like space. Space is the negation of one side, it is pervasive. To show that nature, it was asked, "From that" and so forth. The answer was given by the Bhagavan and so forth. The reason why body, speech, and mind abide in the vajra is that it is their nature. The term "arising from body, speech, and mind" means realizing the nature of abiding in the practice of those, and that nature is also the mind, which is the established conclusion. Where does the mind abide?

Asked, "Where is the earth?" The answer was, "It dwells in the sky," thus indicating dwelling in suchness. Asked, "Where does the sky dwell?" The answer was, "It dwells nowhere," which means that as soon as it becomes without an object of focus, it is free from all fixations on support and supported. What is wondrous is the mind of enlightenment. What is extraordinary is all dharmas and all accomplishments. What is called the nature of one's own mind is emptiness, which is free from the self of what is grasped, and so on. The noble Maitreya also said: "In this, persons and dharmas, there is no entity, it is emptiness." It is said like that. To dwell in it is to be of one taste with it. For such a mind, because it is free from speech, it remains without saying anything. Because these do not stray from selflessness, they are the samaya of the mind. That itself is the essence of the three vajras, therefore it is the secret vajra, because from it arises the great mudra and so on. The text that explains it is the fifteenth chapter. Commentary on the fifteenth chapter. Fifteenth chapter. Commentary on the text that explains what is called the Vajra Arising, the Essence of the Samaya of All Sentient Beings.
