That is, visualizing a white lotus in the center of one's heart, with a white Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah) radiating five kinds of light, thereby gathering toxins and expelling them in black form. Some say that the lotus and the mountain-like form should each emit a combination of three letters from body, speech, and mind. To heal all diseases, one generates the deity of body, speech, and mind with mantras such as "Jina Jika," and by urging with these mantras, one extracts the essence of the disease, like a monkey or a puppy, from the body. If one visualizes crushing them with a wheel or vajra, etc., it will be accomplished. Some say that the monkey or puppy is an example of manifestation; just as a monkey or puppy enters a hole without obstruction, so too does the disease exit. Body, speech, and mind are vajra, and one contemplates the Buddhas like clouds. This means contemplating the deities of body, speech, and mind. All Buddhas of the ten directions, wise Vajrasattva, if one thinks of being wrathful towards them, it is a supreme means of causing death. This means contemplating being wrathful towards all Buddhas who have inverted thoughts. In short, the samadhi of the deity itself is naturally wrathful. With these combinations of meditation, there is no birth from karma and sin. This means that one is not tainted by them. With the combination of recitation, for seven days. This means that by combining oneself with body, speech, and mind, one should recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, and if one practices for seven days, it will be accomplished. Similarly, it can be accomplished with one's own Yidam deity or any combination of meditation; this is the meaning. Now, having shown that all phenomena are like dreams, and in order to show the characteristics of dreams to diligent dream yogis for whom the purity of all phenomena is also merely an illusory dream, the content beginning with "Teacher Vajra" and so on is taught. So, on whom does it appear? Meditation, recitation, diligent effort. This is what is said, and so on. How does it appear? Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. These are the signs of extreme manifestation. The power of body, speech, and mind...

Kyes, gyen rnams thams cad rdzogs pa yi. (Born, all ornaments are complete) and so on, indicate the intermediate characteristic. སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀུན་དགའ་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ། ། Sna tshogs kun dga' skyed mos tshal. (Various delightful gardens) and so on, indicate the final characteristic. Among them, this, རྨི་ལམ་རྣམ་པར་དཔྱད་པ་ Rmi lam rnam par dpyad pa (Analysis of Dreams) and so on, indicate that dreams are without inherent existence. སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ངོ་མཚར་བ། །གསུངས་པ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ནི་བསྒོམ། ། Sangs rgyas rnams kyi ngo mtshar ba, gsungs pa nam mkha' la ni bsgom. (The wonders of the Buddhas, what is spoken is meditated upon in the sky) The words appear as pure dreams in the nature of purity. From then on, the example of the sky shows that all dharmas, dreams and dream-like, are without inherent existence. བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། དཔེར་ན་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ནི་ Bcom ldan 'das de bzhin gshegs pa thams cad 'di lta ste, dper na yid bzhin gyi nor bu rin po che ni (All the Bhagavat Tathagatas are like this, for example, a wish-fulfilling jewel) and so on, the example shows that all dharmas abide in the mind. Some say that this is an example of teaching the Dharma, just as the qualities of a precious jewel abide in the mind of a person's desire, not in the jewel, so too, the sacred Dharma taught by the Tathagatas abides in the continuum of the listener's knowledge. If so, then the continuum and the teacher become different entities. If you say so, it is not so. Just as all images appear in a clear mirror, but the difference is that the images do not abide in the mirror, but in the form. However, the image and the mirror are not different entities, and whatever is the image is also the property of the mirror. Likewise, the teacher and the continuum should also be understood, they say. ནམ་མཁའི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བའི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པ་ངོ་མཚར་ཏོ་ Nam mkha'i rjes su 'brang ba'i chos thams cad sangs rgyas kyi chos rnams rjes su dran pa ngo mtshar to (All dharmas that follow the sky, it is wonderful to remember the dharmas of the Buddhas) means that following the sky is in harmony with the sky, which is entering into non-inherent existence. སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཀུན་ནས་དཀྲིས་པ་ལས་འགྲེལ་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་མཐུན་པར་ངོ་མཚར་ཏོ་ Sangs rgyas kyi chos rnams kun nas dkris pa las 'grel pa'i mtshan nyid mthun par ngo mtshar to (It is wonderful that the characteristics of the Buddhas' dharmas are consistent in being liberated from all entanglements) is the meaning of this. ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་བདག་ གི་ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་སེམས་ལ་གནས་སོ་ Chos thams cad ni bdag gi lus dang ngag dang sems la gnas so (All dharmas abide in my body, speech, and mind) means that all dharmas appear in the mind, because there is no other entity. སེམས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་གནས་སོ་ Sems nam mkha' la gnas so (The mind abides in the sky) means that because the mind has no inherent existence, there is nothing to rely on, therefore it is said to abide in the sky. ནམ་མཁའ་ནི་ཅི་ལ་ཡང་མི་གནས་ Nam mkha' ni ci la yang mi gnas (The sky does not abide in anything) is the expression of its own nature, not the search for the abode of the sky. རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གནས་སེམས་ཤིང་ཅང་མི་སྨྲ་བར་འཁོད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ Rang gi sems kyi chos kyi gnas sems shing cang mi smra bar 'khod par gyur to (One's own mind abides in the realm of Dharma, silently and without speaking).
