Chapter Fourteen: Showing the King of Manifestations Who Summons the Wondrous Body, Speech, and Mind with Mantras. Chapter Fourteen: Showing the King of Manifestations Who Summons the Wondrous Body, Speech, and Mind with Mantras. Now, to explain the secret mantras that urge the actions taught in the Wheel of Command and so forth, he speaks of "Then" and so on. Among them, first, for the sake of explaining the peaceful action and mantra, he enters into the samadhi of the supreme vow of peace and speaks of "Om Ruru Spuru" and so on. This is used when the goddesses holding nectar vases empower those who desire peace, urging them with this knowledge to accomplish the action. This is also said immediately: "Those who delight in all prosperity." This is derived from the Buddha Eye's own lineage, and the goddess who delights in prosperity becomes joyful and remembers the main deity. In another way, by teaching the knowledge-mantra that is naturally accomplished, all Buddhas will be pleased and remember the main deity. In this way, all the following should also be applied. The so-called "source of all Buddhas" is the urging of peace, as shown above. Om Shangkare and so on are applied to the action of increasing strength and glory and protection. The mantra Om Kate Bikate and so on is applied to the action of increasing. Om Tare Tuttare and so on are applied to the action of subjugation. For fierce actions, the samadhi and mantra of the great wrathful Yama's Destroyer and so on are used. The order of this is to first contemplate the Wheel of Command on top of the mandala of the Great Lord. From its lord, who has become the source of Dharma, within which VAM (藏文,梵文天城体bhūṃ,梵文罗马拟音bhūṃ,Earth) syllable born with the wheel, from Vairochana, in the palace of the burning skull cup of KAM (藏文,梵文天城体kaṃ,梵文罗马拟音kaṃ,Space), in the center, generate Vajrasattva born from Āli Kāli (藏文,梵文天城体ālikāli,梵文罗马拟音ālikāli,Āli Kāli), then melt that into great desire, and from that, urged by the melodies of the four goddesses, in whatever way the ritual is performed, generate any of the wrathful deities such as Yama's Destroyer.

After purifying the faculties and so on, completing the distinctions of the approaching and accomplishment, meditate on the three samādhis to the limit. At the end of the subtle union, these actions should be undertaken, this is the oral instruction of the guru. The consort of these wrathful deities should be Māmaki. Among them, the so-called "cloud of stainless light" refers to the nature of the body being completely pure, and the samādhi contemplated in order to extract it is called that. Others should be applied in the same way. The so-called "Vajra Yamāntaka arises from this" is because body, speech, and mind are inseparable. Here, at the time of summoning, combine it with the mantra of summoning, write it inside a good skull cup, and press down with the union of Yamāntaka. Reciting the secret mantra will summon any object one wishes to summon, such as gods and daughters of asuras. Māmaki or Locanā is also acceptable. This refers to the consort of the wrathful deity, as mentioned above. The secret mantra of the flowing nectar is spoken. "The vow's light is thick and supreme" refers to the nature of the action, and for others it is as before. Here, it is the previous method of dispelling obstacles. When dispelling enemies, eliminate with "Mahāgaṇapati jīvitāntakāra ya," and add the name and imperative of the one to be accomplished. The mantra that cannot be overcome by others is spoken. Starting from "Then," and so on, it refers to the nature of the mind of the Buddha's light vajra. "Rākṣasas, fierce and cruel," and so on, refers to destroying beings who are afraid of rākṣasas with the union of this wrathful deity. The destruction of poison with the secret mantra of Hayagrīva is spoken. Starting from "Then," and so on, this union refers to the samādhi of Hayagrīva, contemplating the light of the syllable ह्रीः (Tibetan, Devanāgarī: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: shame) burning, like extracting poison from below. The mantra of the blue vajrakīla is spoken. Starting from "Then," and so on, among them, "From this arises the vajra auspiciousness" refers to the nature of wisdom. This can be applied to the action of killing. The mantra of great power is spoken. Starting from "Then," and so on, among them, "The auspiciousness of the universal cloud" refers to the nature of power and majesty.
