Chapter Thirteen: Showing that Perfect Enlightenment is the Meditation on the Meaning of the Vajra Commitment Arrangement Itself. Chapter Thirteen: Showing that Perfect Enlightenment is the Meditation on the Meaning of the Vajra Commitment Arrangement Itself. Now, showing the characteristics of recitation, activities, and actions, therefore, "Thereafter," and so on, were spoken. Regarding this, here, the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas, after prostrating and praising the Bhagavan, requested the Vajra recitation. Regarding this, "Of all Vidyas and Mantras, the signs of body, speech, and mind," where Vidya is the nature of wisdom and primordial awareness, and is the antidote to ignorance, therefore it is said to be feminine. Secret Mantra is the nature of wisdom and skillful means, and is the antidote to wrong views, therefore it is said to be masculine. The combination of reciting these names and secret mantras is heard by the Buddhas, and one will attain the primordial awareness of the Buddhas, please Bhagavan speak. After praying in this way, this Vajra recitation was spoken. "Reciting all the meanings of the mantra, marked by the three indestructible Vajras, at the end of the three Vajra distinctions, placing the three Vajras is said." What is said is that the three indestructible Vajras are the deities of the nature of body, speech, and mind. Their marks are the three Vajra distinctions, that is, in the heart, throat, and crown, on the mandalas of the sun, lotus, and moon, marked by the mind Vajra, speech Vajra, and body Vajra. Placing the three Vajras at the end means placing their respective seed syllables at the center of their respective marks in the hearts of the deities of body, speech, and mind. "From the places of body, speech, and mind, perform the threefold pure emanation," refers to emanating deities similar to oneself from those places. Some say that it emanates goddesses similar to oneself. This is the Vajra recitation. "The body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, after meditating," refers to meditating on the deities of body, speech, and mind in the sky in front. "Examining the supreme offering," refers to manifesting goddesses from the three places and making offerings. "The body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, think

That which is called "and" is also as before. It is the action of wisdom's samadhi, and this is the object of recitation. Or, with three kinds of distinctions, one should elaborate on each one individually. The meaning of "elaborate" is to elaborate gradually. First, elaborate from the heart center, and also elaborate with the union of the vajra body. Then, gradually elaborate on speech and mind as well. "Body, speech, and mind, in the absence of self, are thoroughly elaborated by the mind of knowledge," means that one should elaborate with wisdom that does not fixate on anything. After uttering, the vajra elaboration is to be thoroughly gathered after completion. "To be thoroughly gathered after completion" means to gather after the completion of the vow. The recitation of the body is: "Body, speech, and mind of enlightenment, analyzing what is real and unreal, is said to be the Buddha's body." As it is said, the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas are not established in any extreme of being something or not being something. To analyze in purity is the recitation of the body. The recitation of speech is said to be vajra recitation, as it is said: "How clearly the secret words, not being sound, are the vajra words." That is it. The recitation of mind is to analyze and meditate on the nature of the non-abiding, perfect Bodhi-mind, abiding in purity. This is the recitation of mind. The recitation of jewel is to realize the meaning of being free from the characteristics of the two extremes, transcending the three times, and being without inherent existence. The recitation of unobstructed vajra is when the rays of light of the Buddha's body radiate in all Buddha-fields, accomplishing benefit, and then gather back into the place of my body, speech, and mind, generating splendor. Since these are also included in the recitation of body, speech, and mind, they are called vajra recitation. The recitation of the wrathful one is to enter into the samadhi of oneself as the lord of the family or the wrathful one himself, and to recite the sound of the wrathful one's secret mantra, together with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), which is as deep as the roar of a dragon. The recitation of delusion is to protect and benefit those deluded ones who have been intoxicated by the objects of desire through the door of the vajra body, and to place as many sentient beings as there are in the vajra body. This is the recitation of delusion. Likewise, one completely protects sentient beings who abide in desire and hatred.
