The nature of dampness is the great element of water. The tactile warmth, especially excellent and clear, is the great element of fire. The nature of movement, radiance, and vibration is the great element of wind. The co-emergent bliss that pervades within it and the nature of non-objectification is the great element of space. Therefore, it possesses the nature of the five great elements. Such Bodhicitta, having the form of a bindu, is proximately indicated as the tip of a lotus. From the vajra's tip, bending and extracting from the joints of all limbs, holding the tips of those, one should contemplate it as a spherical form, that is, the form of minute particles. One should hold it as the nature of all the Tathagatas. Because it is the single nature of both conventional and ultimate, it is precious. Because it is the nature of the Tathagatas, it is of five colors. The effort that possesses the nature of the ten vital airs, that is, moving upwards and downwards, is said to be life and effort. The self-mantra is the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara. Thinking in its heart, that is, in the center of the bindu, as before, think of the Bhagavan with the form of clarity and non-clarity. Then, let the mind be absorbed into the bindu of consciousness, placing it in the center, the size of a tiny mustard seed, and at the time of that object of focus, the mind will be controlled. What is said about the ultimate minute particle that controls the mind, and the ultimate heat of heat, is not the intended meaning. Now, explaining separately, also by this explanation, it is shown by what is said in the tantra called 'Vajra Garland'. The thought is, if at any time, when explained separately by the tantra of 'Vajra Garland', because it is the nature of clarity, it will be easily understood, this is the meaning of the words. The tip of the mustard seed is the contemplation of life and effort. Abiding in life and effort, the five lights are meditated upon as the Buddhas. निश्चित (Tibetan: ངེས་,Sanskrit Devanagari: निश्चित,Sanskrit Romanization: niścita,Literal Chinese meaning: निश्चित) arising from the tip above. To the right, to the left, and to both, moving slowly, it becomes four kinds. The inner time is said to be. In the hidden place, heart, navel, and secret lotus, going and coming.

Manifestation. In half-session times, the order remains as it is. The meaning is this: First, the yogi abides by equally engaging skillful means and wisdom. The bodhicitta bindu, condensed from the joints of all limbs, is like a mustard seed at the tip of the nose. As before, contemplate and meditate on life and diligence as desired. Thereafter, contemplate the five lights residing in that life and diligence as the essence of the five Buddhas. These are also the essence of the five winds, which has already been explained. After that, in the four hidden places and so on, contemplate the nature of the four great elements. Formed by the nature of the four mandalas, or the shapes of squares, circles, bows, and triangles produced by the seeds with vowels following ya ra la va (Tibetan, Devanagari: यरलव, Romanized Sanskrit: yaralava, Literal meaning: ya ra la va). Yellow, white, green, and red, marked with vajra, makara, bell, and victory banner garments and garlands of flames, are contemplated. From each mandala, the wheel of light is expanded in sequence, such as entering three letters. It should be meditated that it will surely arise from the nose above, from the direction of the face. From the left nostril, the light is emitted from the wind mandala. For the right one, it is from the fire mandala. From both, it is from the earth mandala. Only from both, it is from the water mandala, but it is slow and less flowing. That itself is the inner time, and it is said to be the difference of inner time divisions. Until when should the wheel of light be spread? It is said, "Half a session is in half the time." What is it said to be? Here, there are sixty-four hours in day and night, and there are thirty-two hours in daytime. There are eight sessions in day and night. Eight hours is the measure of a session. The interval between a session and a session time is a different name. Half of that session is four hours. Half of that is two hours. At the time of that measure, the light should be taken at the tip of the nose. The order is the order of the mandala.
