is the meaning of summarizing. The two verses called "Dharma Arising" etc. show that one should become accustomed to the three conducts, with the distinctions of with elaboration, without elaboration, and extremely without elaboration. There are three types of conduct. By practicing those three types themselves, Dharma Arising, the Realm of Dharma, and Unsurpassed Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment are also in that order. The play of desire and so on, as well as whatever transformations one desires, and the distinctions of samādhi such as the Treasury of Space, one should also become accustomed to them as they are, this is the meaning of summarizing. Here, some questioners say: What is the use of practice? etc., because Suchness is established by its own nature, it is not born from conceptualization, therefore, what should one become accustomed to like this? Whatever is held by conceptualization, practice will necessarily arise, whatever distinction appears by natures, by understanding with conceptualization, one can also understand those four Suchness, by the distinction of the three conducts, one obtains the fruit of habituation, by becoming accustomed to this, Bodhi arises. The examples such as fire arising from wood are easy to understand. Now, it shows the complete examination of the disciple, for "Whoever is cunning and intelligent" etc., cunning is extremely devoted to concealing one's own faults. Laziness is deficient in diligence. Slandering the guru is mocking the guru. Low intelligence is being discouraged because it is difficult to attain Bodhi in three countless eons, what is the use of this? Abandoning the guru's qualities and repeatedly contemplating faults, therefore it is called affliction, it is not possible to practice. Wanting to quickly attain Suchness, angrily and cunningly saying that the teacher's words are not true words. When staying in the retinue, he is rich, but when staying alone in a secluded place, he harbors malice. Such an evil disciple pervaded by evil nature, even if he is one's own son, a place of love, should not be kept nearby. Because of what? The

མས་ཟིན་པས་ means being seized by "མ," that is, depending on the guru or leaning towards the noble ones; the guru is supreme. The so-called "རྗེའུའི་རིགས་," etc., རྗེའུའི་རིགས་ (lineage) is born from རྗེའུ་ (lineage). རྒྱལ་རིགས་ (royal lineage) is the lineage of kings. The so-called "མཆོག་ (supreme) is the Brahmin lineage" refers to the four castes of humans. Whoever possesses virtuous qualities, fully understands, possesses diligence, regards the guru as equal to the Buddha, understands the Dharma of the Victorious Ones with wisdom, and possesses faith, is called such a person. That is the place of bestowing kindness. Regarding the tantras of gatherings, etc., whoever hears and sees much is called such a person. If someone who is skilled in connecting scriptures and reasoning has little service to the guru, they will not receive the transmission of the scriptures. Since they cannot even benefit themselves, how can they benefit others? Merely speaking the treatises and uttering the sounds of the treatises is just the mouth of the treatises. The cause of sorrow is what causes sorrow. The so-called "ཡང་ན་" refers to another aspect. Having སྐལ་པ་ (fortune) means being fortunate. Although one can fully obtain from the scriptures, if one cannot combine them in meaning, that is foolish wisdom, and if one does not have the qualities of words, one should be despised. The so-called "six places" refers to knowing the classification of the six extremes. Memory is not forgetting what is heard. Wisdom is quick at grasping meaning. Steadfastness is not abandoning meaning. Intelligence is skilled at fully revealing. In these aspects, one truly attains and possesses these through diligence, and receives the transmission of scriptures through serving the guru. Such a person becomes suitable as a place for teaching the tantras and bestowing the scriptures. In the commentary on the difficult points of the Fifth Stage, called "Clarifying the Meaning," it is focusing on the mind, or the supreme view, which is the commentary on the Second Stage. The Second Stage. Commentary on the Supreme View.
