Chapter Two: Examining the Teacher and Disciple, and Elaborate Explanation of Empowerment. Chapter Two: Examining the Teacher and Disciple, and Elaborate Explanation of Empowerment. Thus, the first chapter has shown entering the tantra. Now, to whom is this tantra empowered? For that purpose, it is said, "Then," etc., which is the remainder of the first chapter. "Then" means after the question of the first chapter. "Bhagavan" has already been explained in five ways. It is related to "Explaining the certainty of the correct question." The various certainties of the questions asked by Vajrapani are the characteristics of taming. "Correct" means that the Bhagavan, the all-knowing one, is not mistaken. "Vajra" indicates the perfection of the nature of the five wisdoms. "The teacher of beings" means the teacher of beings who are of a moving nature, in order to tame them according to their thoughts. This shows the perfection of the teacher of the three realms in one aspect. If asked what to do, it is said, "Therefore, summon Vajrapani," meaning that Vajrapani is the one who asks the questions. "Summon" means to urge earnestly. Thus, entering into the words of the Bhagavan, the self-nature is shown. Now, wanting to praise the question, it is said, "The essence of the meaning is summarized, all things difficult to distinguish," etc. The question is yours. "All things" means in every way, because it is realized by the particularly excellent instructions. Because one is not all-knowing, and therefore cannot distinguish, it is difficult to distinguish. If asked in what way, it is said, "The essence of the meaning is summarized," meaning that in summary, it shows the nature of the Great Seal, especially because it shows the two stages. The questions you have asked mean to summon the request. Therefore, the one who summons to that is called "Vajra Lord, master of great secrets," meaning that because he has become the chief of the Vajra family, he is the Vajra Lord. Furthermore,

Secrecy is for those who are secret. Because it is both great and secret, it is the master of secrets, residing in the willow grove. The ruler of those is the chief, a synonym for "master of secrets." Or it is said to be the great secret, the lord of the moon vajra. Among these, the great secret is something that must be hidden very much. The moon is the moon of bodhi, and that itself is the place of the vajra. Because it is similar to the lord, it is the lord, controlling without scattering outwards. Having praised the question in this way, now, in order to explain the vow to explain the uncommon secret, it is said, "Action, conduct, and other tantras." What is said is the emergence of Tara, and the manifestation of Vairochana's enlightenment, and so on. The word "etc." refers to conceptualizations and so on. In any of the yoga tantras, it refers to the Shri Paramadya Samgraha and so on. What is called secret is the collection of Vajramala questions that must be hidden from those who are not qualified, and whatever has not been said, I will explain, that is the meaning. "Supreme" means that it relies on the two stages, because it is the cause of the supreme state. What is called Vajra Lord is an address to Vajrapani. What else is it like? Therefore, it is said, "Therefore, that itself is supreme," in order to obtain luminosity. What is called "true" is in a non-inverted way. To define the question is to define the questions specifically. Having shown the explanation of the uncommon secret in this way, now, in order to show that the Bhagavan possesses a particularly excellent place, it is said, "Thus he spoke," etc. The Bhagavan is the teacher. What is called "You listen well" is Vajrapani. What is called "pervading with compassion" is the compassion that pervades, wanting to liberate all beings from suffering, that is, pervading with compassion. "Quickly open your eyes and show the most wonderful," among which, what is called "eyes" are the eyes, and what is called "open" is completely open. What is called "quickly" is for a moment. What is called "extremely" is because it transcends the world. What is called "rare"
