Chapter Thirteen: Explanation of the Accumulation of Actions by Six Extremes. Chapter Thirteen: Explanation of the Accumulation of Actions by Six Extremes. In order for the yogis who engage in learning the two stages to make the beings to be tamed have faith, the accumulation of actions should also be taken up. In order to show this, the thirteenth chapter, starting with "Then," etc., was spoken. "Then" refers to after the rituals of approaching, etc. The Blessed One is the one who possesses the power of desire, etc. All Sugatas refer to Akshobhya, etc. Wisdom Vajra is non-dual wisdom. Because that itself is the main thing, it is supreme; because it is held, it is the supreme holder of wisdom vajra. The benefit of all sentient beings is the purpose, which is peace, etc. Truly arising for that benefit is diligence, which refers to Bodhisattvas, such as Kshitigarbha, etc. Like wisdom is the one who possesses the mudras, that is, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the present time. All the Tathagatas ༄། ། reside in the heart, therefore they are the capable ones. Because they possess the power of unobstructed true giving in the world and beyond the world, they are the Vajra Holders of Meaning. Because they are the great teachers of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, they are the great teachers, that is, the Great Vajradhara. Because they completely know the two truths, they are the knowers of that very samaya; they are offered with outer and inner offerings; this vajra song was spoken. The words of requesting the accumulation of actions are the vajra song, and it was spoken with that, that is, according to the sound. "Emaho" means wonderful. The principle of the Buddha is the combination of six limbs, such as separate collection, etc. The four vajras are not to be transgressed, therefore they are virtuous. After showing the praise of the six combinations, the manifest praise of mixing the two truths was spoken, that is, again "Emaho," etc. Bodhi is the six combinations. Its principle is the definite combination of the two truths. That itself is outstanding, therefore it is supreme, because it is the collection of the meaning of the speech of all the Tathagatas. Furthermore, "Emaho"

The Dharma is the two truths, and its principle is unified. Nirvana is the separation from all elaborations. Furthermore, praising with "Emaho" and so on is to gather praises closely. Mantras are the Tathagatas. Their principle is the method to attain Bodhi. Steadfastness is immovability, because it cannot be destroyed by Shravakas and others; this is said according to its intention. In the words "Unborn," etc., for the Dharma that is unborn and has been peaceful from the beginning, such as the aggregates, etc., it is supremely excellent and special by its very nature of enabling the attainment of Bodhi, and it is unborn and non-discriminating, free from contemplation, and delightful if not contemplated, true and correct. Such Dharmas, by the means of the union of the six limbs, give rise to wisdom, and Vajrasattva is born. The Bhagavan has often spoken and instructed, which is truly wonderful! This is said not according to its intention. Having pleased the Bhagavan with such praises, in order to show the supplication for the sake of fulfilling the desired meaning, he said, "All mantras," etc. All mantras are born from vowels and consonants. Where are they accumulated and gathered? That is, in the place of gathering. Vajra recitation is meaningful recitation. Great wisdom is for the sake of attaining unsurpassed wisdom. The indivisibility of the three bodies is the Great Vajradhara. By the manner of entering, abiding, and rising, the place of entry is the mandala; please explain this. To show its distinction, he said, "Buddha," etc. The wisdom of the Buddha is the ten powers and fearlessness, etc. Please explain who can attain this result by practicing the three indestructible Vajras. Vajra recitation is the recitation of Vajra. Its union is the complete repetition by means of entering, etc. By this, all Buddhas, that is, all Tathagatas, bless and embrace. In the words "Vidya," etc., all secret mantras are of the nature of snakes, etc.

It is of the assemblies. The signs of body, speech, and mind are the nature of body and so on. The repetition of secret mantras is the Vajra recitation. Today means now. Please speak, which means please teach. Why? It is the ocean of wisdom, that is, a person like a precious treasure. Hearing means knowing. Possessing the Vajra of body, speech, and mind means abiding in the training. All Buddhas arising from the three times means becoming the nature of entering, abiding, and arising. Arising means complete. Who is it? It is the yogi of the learner. Vajra mantra is well practiced, that is to say, completely knowing the Vajra recitation. Unequaled wisdom is non-dual wisdom, in order to obtain it, please request the Blessed One to speak. Then, that is, immediately after requesting. Space Vajra is the ultimate truth. Wisdom is the conventional truth. Born from both, hence the name Space Vajra Wisdom Born, which is the Great Vajradhara. The words do and so on, are to indicate its differences, because it generates peaceful and other activities, hence the name do. Generating activities such as non-self-existing manifest actions. The excellent ones, such as Brahma and so on. The most excellent of them, such as Arhats and so on. Even more excellent than them, hence the name most excellent among the excellent, which is the Blessed One himself, who spoke and taught his own Vajra recitation. The meaning of all mantras and so on, all secret mantras are manifestations and so on. Their clothes are three syllables. Its recitation is the three of entering and so on. Possessing them, that is, marked by the three indestructible Vajras, combined with the Vajra recitation of its own nature. In order to distinguish them, therefore, the Vajra distinction and so on are spoken, the places of body, speech, and mind are the near attainment. What is that? It is taking the manifestation body. For them, the activities with the characteristics of the three kinds of joy such as entering and so on should be completely accomplished. The benefit of this is Vajra recitation and so on.
