Having spoken, having attained the Samadhi of Clear Light, abiding continuously in it like a flowing river, is the Completion Stage. This Om! "Thus spoken" means that it is explained with sixteen meanings of words, mainly to summarize, so this order shows the glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra, in order to accept the realms of sentient beings in the mandala of all Tathagatas and Bodhisattva retinues in the future. The Bhagavan Great Vajradhara, the six Tathagatas thus spoke, is the compiler, that is, the sixteen meanings of words. All Tathagatas, etc., all Tathagatas refer to Vairochana Buddha, etc., their body, speech, and mind secrets are accomplished through the two stages. The most important of these is Guhyasamaja, secret means that it should not be shown to those who engage in actions, etc. Samaja means the characteristic of making all Buddhas into one. Therefore, in the tantra that shows it, all Tathagatas refer to Vairochana Buddha, etc., some of them are the vows and precepts that should be protected and eaten. Because they should not be abandoned, it is Vajra. Its blessing is manifestation. Its king is the one who is superior to all. The collection of scriptures that shows it is called the King of Vows and Precepts Vajra Blessing of all Tathagatas. Chapter means to remove all afflictions and near afflictions' habitual tendencies, and to give Vajradhara, therefore chapter is accomplishment.
