Accomplishments are peace and so on, and gathering is meditating on the wheel of the mandala of deities. It is asking where those reside. Its meaning is this: The Bhagavan once said that all dharmas are without self-nature. Therefore, the accomplishments that possess a net of many elaborations are not even a little bit. No, it is the arising of doubt. From "Then" and so on, Vajradhara spoke to them in this way: Saying "Good" to them is because they are doubtful. All the accomplishments of mantras, body, speech, and mind, reside in the wisdom body that is accomplished by the order of blessing me. Relying on that, they are accomplished. Also in the "Differentiation Chapter": The combination of mantras and mudras, the distinctions of mandalas and so on, all actions such as tormas and fire offerings, should always be regarded as illusions. Peace and increase, as well as love and activity, and all such as summoning, should be regarded as rainbows. And so on. Why is that? Because the Tathagata is all the Buddhas, all accomplishments are peace and so on, all the Buddha's teachings are the aspects of enlightenment and so on. These all abide in the form of illusion with my body, speech, and mind vajra, in the order previously described. The deity's form and so on, which are of the nature of illusion, do not reside in the desire realm and so on, because there is no difference, everything is its nature. The body and so on also do not reside in a relationship of mutual support and supported, because illusion itself is one, and there is no distinction like butter and butter, like the sky, it is naturally pure, this is the reason. From "Then" and so on, it is the question of the mandala assembly: O Bhagavan, if that is so, then all the Tathagata's dharmas are the twelve similes of illusion, where do they reside? By whose kindness is the cause of illusion completely grasped? This is (their) thought. Bhagavan.

Das said: Abiding in the wisdom of one's own body, speech, and mind, such as the nature of an illusory body, and what arises from relying on it is the appearance of the external world. This is his thought. The Tathagatas asked: Where does such a mind of wisdom, the form of an illusory body, reside? The Bhagavan said: Abiding in the sky is abiding in the clear light. It is also said in the Explanation: "Blessing me with samadhi, and likewise the state of clear light, the two truths are explained by the distinction of cause and effect. By the order of blessing me, why will clear light be attained? Therefore, the Vajra Master first showed blessing to me." It is said. Again, it was asked: The sky is clear light, where does it reside? The answer is: It does not reside anywhere, which means it resides everywhere. It is also said in the Explanation of the Mind of Enlightenment: "Just as the sweetness of brown sugar, and the nature of fire is heat." and so on. From then on, Akshobhya and others, and Maitreya and others, were amazed because they had cut off doubts, and were amazed because they had realized the meaning of the Dharma. Therefore, abiding in the Dharma nature of one's own mind is meditating on the clear light samadhi, and not speaking is because all discriminations have completely ceased and have become the nature of a peaceful mind, which is the order of complete purification of the mind and blessing oneself. All minds are three consciousnesses, their samaya is clear light, its essence is to be accepted, from which arises the Vajra illusory body, in which chapter it exists, the collection of scriptures spoken in that chapter is also explained in the same way. The Tantra Commentary explains the sixteen meanings of the words in the fifteenth chapter.
