Chapter Four: Explaining the Mandala of the Mind. Chapter Four: Explaining the Mandala of the Mind. ༄། །Having attained stability through meditating on the form, in order to draw the mandala of colored powders, therefore, Chapter Four explains the mandala of the mind. It says, "Then," and so on. The nature of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas is the great Vajradhara. This king of praise is the supreme praise, and all the Tathagatas, with Akshobhya and others, make requests, that is, make supplications. The so-called "All Tathagatas" is the praise of the nature of the five Tathagatas. The so-called "Peaceful" is the praise through the eyes and other senses of the goddess who performs peaceful and other activities. The so-called "Abode of All Tathagatas" refers to the Bodhisattvas such as Maitreya, and it is praised through them. All dharmas are attraction and so on, and their excellence is the holy Yamantaka and so on, and it is praised through the king of wrathful deities. The so-called "Selflessness" is the praise with the essence of the great Vajradhara, who gathers all the mandalas completely. It is requested, "Please explain the mandala of such a Bhagavan," which is the generation stage. Now, it is praised mainly by the three families, and all the characteristics are quantitative and so on, which possess these. Therefore, it is free from all non-characteristics that are contrary to this. The so-called "Samantabhadra" is the nature of mirror-like wisdom, and the excellence of the body is the nature of Vairochana. The supreme mandala is the request to explain the mandala of great compassion, which is the generation stage. Alternatively, all characteristics are nectar and iron hooks, etc. Being perfected by these is being filled with the unsurpassed offerings offered by the goddesses. All non-characteristics are the fourteen root downfalls and the ten gross transgressions, and abandoning these is because those who enter the mandala do not have these. Therefore, all refers to the upper, middle, and lower, etc. Good ༄། །ness refers to the vows and commitments related to the Tathagata family.

It is the earth element that is primary. "O Supreme Form," which means to explain the mandala that possesses emptiness, devoid of bones, flesh, and so on, is the connection, which is practice. Similarly, in "The peaceful Dharma arises from the supreme," and so on, peace is the nature of the four aspects of speech and the ten aspects of sound, for the sake of elaboration and complete purification. Dharma is luminosity, and that alone is supreme, and it arises from that. Wisdom is discriminating wisdom, and its conduct is to tame beings through the door of speech, that is, to destroy afflictions through its application. Therefore, universally, the supreme speech endowed with sixty aspects of melody is the essence of Amitabha. Please explain the mandala. That is the generation stage and the completion stage, and so on. Furthermore, the peaceful Dharma is the three syllables. The supreme of these is the supreme wind, and it arises from that. The conduct of wisdom is entering, and so on, and the purification of these is to attain the state of luminosity. Samantabhadra is the four mandalas, and the supreme speech of these is to expand the wheel of light rays that move to the left, and so on. The mandala is to explain the order of the four mandalas, which is the connection, that is, the order of Vajra recitation. All sentient beings are those who dwell within the three realms and possess the four castes, and the great sentient being of these is the immovable one, the essence of one mind. As it is said: "Whatever net of thoughts, is seen by all beings, all of that is the net of generating the mind, that was spoken by the Sage." Thus it appears. Purity is being free from the faults of desire and so on. Like clouds, afflictions are temporary, therefore, the nature of being stainless is the very essence of the wisdom of the utterly pure Dharmadhatu. Samantabhadra is that essence doing the benefit of beings. The supreme of mind is the essence of mind, the Bhagavan. Please explain the mandala, which is the connection, that is, the completion stage. Furthermore, all sentient beings are natures, and so on. The great mind is the three consciousnesses. These are the order of mantras and mudras.
