应当将“苏阿卡夏亚纳匝 匝”二者之间填满。在其周围，书写“嗡”等咒语。之后，制作五甘露坛城，在其上，在巴扎的串珠上放置宝瓶。宝瓶中应具有城市的酒的成分。然后，面向城市的方向，将上方的本尊坛城清晰地显现出来。从主尊和转轮圣王母等的心间，幻化出空行母，召唤酒所在的城市，并观想于前方的虚空中。在虚空的酒瓶中，生起如这里所写的坛城。然后，凭借我所念诵的咒语的力量，从虚空的酒瓶坛城中降下酒流，使前方的宝瓶中酒流不断地降下。然后，再用以“嗡”开头，以“吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈”结尾的咒语来息灭毒。所谓消除蛇毒，就是清晰地显现出上方所说的本尊坛城，并观想从自身和心间的顶轮白色种子字“丹”中发出白色光芒，并用咒语息灭毒。如是宣说，是指在咒语品中，显示了共同的修法之义。咒语品释说完毕，即第二品。 第二品，咒语品释说。

It should be filled between "Su Akarshayana Dzah Dzah." Around it, write mantras such as "Om." Then, make a mandala of the five amritas, and on top of it, place a vase on a string of Ba-tra beads. The vase should contain the ingredients of city wine. Then, facing the direction of the city, clearly visualize the mandala of the deity above. From the hearts of the main deity and the Chakravartini, emanate dakinis, summon the city where the wine is located, and visualize in the sky in front of you. In the vase of sky wine, generate a mandala like the one written here. Then, by the power of my mantra recitation, a stream of wine descends from the mandala of the sky wine vase, causing a continuous stream of wine to descend into the vase in front. Then, also use the mantra that begins with "Om" and ends with "Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha" to pacify poison. The so-called eliminating snake venom is to clearly manifest the mandala of the deity mentioned above, and visualize white rays of light emanating from the white seed syllable "Tam" on the crown of oneself and the heart, and pacify the poison with the mantra.
