The small quantity is thirty-six. The medium quantity is the same, doubled. The large quantity is said to be tripled. Through negation, that will become victory. Through negation, it is completed. Outer and inner, one's own knees, ankles, shins. Here, touch with the hands. Then place six cymbals. The Sutra is what the wise completely explain. It is said to be the measure of time. As long as thirty-six is the change of measure. For that long, it is the action of negation. The upper negation is small. Then the middle one is doubled. The upper negation, the large one, is tripled. One hundred and eight is the measure. One who wishes to deceive death. Should strive to gain victory over it. The characteristic of the upper negation, the large one, is: As long as it is pure, it is terrifying. Continuously engage in negation. At that time, one will abide well. From that sun, death and so on. For negation, wherever one abides. At that time, even for a thousand kalpas. The Lord of Death will not draw near. From the milking of the sky. A collection of nectarous moisture. Filled with a vase, called water. From the mandala, rays of light radiate. With the wind arising at the tip of the nose. Having taken it, examine it again and again. Through dissolving into the lotus in the heart. Nourish the offspring of the bee of the mind. The meditation of milking the sky. This should always be practiced. Like the sky, the Lord of Death's. Seeing is not seeing. Or completely abandon the wind. Likewise, always practice Suchness. Death and reverence of Suchness. Enemies conquer others. All faults are completely pacified. All qualities will completely arise. That person will be victorious. And the manifest desires will also be accomplished. Suchness is explained as emptiness. The nature of all forms, the most supreme. If Suchness is constantly practiced. One will be able to deceive death. Dharma and enjoyment, body, and so on. Giving and ethics, and so on, are without distinction. The union of all objects is. Completely abandon all objects. Possessing all forms, the most supreme. Emptiness is what the victorious ones Say. What should be thought, do not think. What is not thought, do not think either. If you do not think about thinking and not thinking. From then on, you will attain emptiness. The wise do not think about things. Nor do they think about the absence of things. Completely abandon existence and non-existence. That meditation is medit

Free from delusion, possessing all excellent aspects, abandoning the thought of clinging to emptiness, if one constantly meditates on emptiness, the Lord of Death will not be able to see. That death which arises merely from conceptual thought will also not be seen. Furthermore, many demons and samsara will also not be seen. That is to say, this conceptual thought called death does not exist in all things, but is destroyed by the illusory conceptual thoughts of individual beings. All the suffering of conceptual thought is called the demon of conceptual thought. Therefore, one should destroy conceptual thought and enter into a state of non-conceptual thought. Thus it is said. Whatever is constantly meditated upon with excellent qualities such as reverence will become clear, just as desire and sorrow accord with the mind. Scriptures are easy to obtain, but the methods of practice within them are difficult to obtain. In a world that understands the methods of practice, the methods of practice are not difficult to obtain. One who is skilled in various methods of practice, and who excels in patience and diligence, and who possesses the wisdom of diligent practice, is a vessel for deceiving death. Through exertion, digestion, and drinking, etc., the fire of the stomach will blaze, and food that can be fully burned by the fire can also be completely digested. By being completely digested, the body will grow strong, and by growing strong, strength will increase. From strength, life will increase, and by that increase, one will live long. Everything is manifestly accomplished, so what doubt is there about this? Likewise, by means of secret instructions, there is no doubt that one can live until the end of an eon. By means of the exhaustion of butter and essence, etc., butter lamps, etc., will tend towards destruction. Again, from grains, butter, etc., one can exist until the end of an eon. Likewise, this body, although it is dying due to aging, etc., if one obtains the secret instructions of accomplishment well, why can it not exist until the end of an eon? For example, an old house, by being repaired, will last a long time. Likewise, why should an old body not be able to exist by being repaired? There is nothing difficult through effort. Therefore, do not abandon cherishing and giving. If it drips constantly, even a gentle stream of water will pierce through a stone slab in time. By friction, fire will arise from wood, and by digging, water will arise from the earth. If a person makes an effort, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. Through effort and wisdom
