Sapasa ni. Meditate with a one-pointed mind. This ten-syllable mantra, do not be weary, recite it with your mind. First, place Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal meaning: Om), then after that, greatly join Tāre (Tibetan: ཏཱ་རེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: तारे, Sanskrit Romanization: tāre, Literal meaning: Tāre). After that, Tuttāre Ture (Tibetan: ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: तुत्तारे तुरे, Sanskrit Romanization: tuttāre ture, Literal meaning: Tuttāre Ture), ending with Svāhā (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: svāhā, Literal meaning: Svāhā), accomplishes all actions. Brahma, Ishvara, Vishnu, the sun and moon, and the wrathful ones, the directional guardians, and the desire gods, without even the slightest damage, like the Lord of Death, overcome death. It eliminates white hair, wrinkles, and other signs of aging, as well as disease and poverty. It destroys the eight great fears, such as lions, and the accumulation of suffering. Without asking, one obtains food, meditation, and other necessities, as well as clothing and other needs. One obtains swords, eye medicine, foot ointment, auspicious vases, and other accomplishments. One obtains a pleasant voice, eloquence, intelligence, and pure, stainless wisdom. Other desired accomplishments will arise from this wheel. Visualize and invoke Māmakī (Tibetan: མཱ་མ་ཀཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: मामाकी, Sanskrit Romanization: māmakī, Literal meaning: Māmakī), the great white goddess, with her own color, attire, and mudras, if you meditate, death cannot harm you. One's own desire. Is the yoga of the deities themselves. Possessing steadfast pride, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, completely and without remainder, it perfectly accomplishes all desired purposes. Like a conch shell and a Kunda flower, like the moon, dwelling correctly in a gathering sequence. If one practices continuously, one will deceive death. This is spoken from the Chakrasamvara Tantra. Meditate on the form of Heruka (Tibetan: ཧེ་རུ་ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हेरुक, Sanskrit Romanization: heruka, Literal meaning: Heruka), having done so, completely transform, meditate on the form of Kapala (Tibetan: ཀ་པཱ་ལ, Sanskrit Devanagari: कपाल, Sanskrit Romanization: kapāla, Literal meaning: Kapala), or contemplate the form of Kankala (Tibetan: ཀཾ་ཀ་ལ, Sanskrit Devanagari: कंकल, Sanskrit Romanization: kankala, Literal meaning: Kankala), or meditate on Khatvanga (Tibetan: ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག, Sanskrit Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṭvāṅga, Literal meaning: Khatvanga). Because it is not an object to be killed, death will not occur. In the crown of the head, the form of the moon, from the dripping nectar drops, from all the pores of the hair, satisfies all the limbs. Completely abandoning all distractions, the yogi meditates for six months, and having completely overcome all diseases, like the Lord of Death, overcomes death. The lotus on the head has a thousand petals, the white mouth facing downwards, contemplating the sequence of the moon, at the time of kalpas, etc., it destroys death. That itself is the form of blackness, with the light of the black form, if one contemplates pervading everywhere, it destroys white hair and other signs of aging. The tongue should be fixed to the palate, the teeth lightly touching, the power of the cause is inconceivable. This done with faith is cherished.

Do not do. Combine with the top of the secret orifice. With the uvula pointing downwards, Touching all places with the tip of the tongue, One experiences the taste of nectar. This immediately eliminates death, And also destroys white hair and the like. Having done this, decline and All fears will be protected from. Exhaling, inhaling, and mindfulness, Should also initiate other methods. It is certain from the increase in number, To go without aging and death. During the day and night of sentient beings, The breath is twenty-one thousand, And six hundred more than that, it runs. The number is ༄། Completely proclaimed. Why is nectar a mantra, The entering of breath is a mantra, Nectar is the method of living, Therefore death cannot overcome it. The entering breath should be counted, Gradually with numbers such as a hundred thousand, With one-pointed mind, according to the ritual, It is said to be silent recitation. If the silent recitation reaches a hundred thousand, And is completed according to the ritual, Even if a person's lifespan is exhausted, They will definitely live for five years. Repeating two hundred thousand and so on, Should be regarded as increasing lifespan. One should be skilled in methods, And diligent in the recitation of breath. Having risen in the morning, count one thousand, Having always counted well, Liberated from all diseases, One will live until the sun and moon remain. Not dwelling in learning, not being happy, Not even falling asleep for a moment, Having strived and conquered sleep, Food and drink, and other foods, Having made the arising in the body the cause, One should be diligent in the movement of breath. A yogi who strives lawfully, Will certainly conquer death. A fool who is attached to enjoyment, Will die through unlawfulness. Transforming one's own nature into lawfulness, Conversely, it is unlawfulness. The lion's playful mudra, Binding is the stopping of breath. Or one conquers by combining stopping, Stopping is deceiving death. At the ultimate end of the sole of the foot, One should gradually fill with breath. Stopping is called Kumbhaka (Kumbhaka, कुम्भक, kumbhaka, Pot). Knowing this, the order should be stated, By combining the upper stopping, The one who stops will be victorious. With distinctions such as small, medium, etc., The upper stopping is considered to be of three types. This action called upper stopping, Will be explained below to show its meaning. Small
