By medicine, life can be prolonged, and that can deceive death. There should be no doubt about the power of mantras. Because the power of mantras is considered inconceivable. What things in the world are there that mantras cannot accomplish? There are none. Through true faith and diligence, mantras are like wish-fulfilling jewels. Can it be spoken from realization? Through the combination of whatever one desires, in areas where hunger is severe, Seltresa (a plant) should be fully utilized. Alone or with others, always use it with medicine. After that, the body will become firm, and the door of the Lord of Death will not appear. Other accomplished medicines, if one is determined to rely on them, life will increase, and disease and old age will be exhausted, so death will not be seen. If one has wealth such as gold and silver, if one takes mercury according to the ritual, having a nourishing nature, one can deceive death. On the first day of the waxing moon, etc., when one obtains one's own elements, through the ritual of nasal drops, one can deceive death. In the tantras such as union, it is said that having the five immortal medicines, relying on the instructions as they are, one can deceive death. The combination of above and below and union can be done in any beneficial yoga. For such yogis, even if the King of Death is always angry, he can do nothing. Some people, through methods, can even revive death. A healthy girl and a man, through mutual rubbing, can see changes. Mixing blood and bodily fluids, because the elements are not very pure, for those who are about to die, drip two drops. From a tube coated with butter, inject it by feeding. One's own nostrils that come out of the nostrils gradually widen, and one can see them revive again, here the blockage is praised. Because the power is seen directly, this combination is widely praised. The three fruits in general, or Poso (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), Bhringa (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), Jar (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), etc., if yogis use them regularly, through being beneficial and becoming nectar, they can be free from wrinkles and white hair. The Vajra body has a beautiful form, and for countless eons, death can certainly be avoided.

Various kinds of urine, if they can protect the body, through eating and applying, can immediately prevent death. These, if mixed with honey and ghee, and consumed regularly, can prevent death caused by seasonal and non-seasonal factors. There should be no doubt about the power of medicines, because the power of medicines is inconceivable. Therefore, by respectfully performing external actions, one can powerfully deceive the Lord of Death in that way. To guard against the powerful force and fear of death, this is the internal action.
