Just holding a Dharma robe, giving alms can deceive the Lord of Death. Starting actions like this becomes the characteristic of Dharma and merit. Merit increases life, and similarly deceives the Lord of Death. Therefore, practicing the Dharma even a little, it grows like the increase in autumn. One can infer it oneself, or learn from those skilled at deceiving the Lord of Death. Therefore, after diligently practicing the Dharma, immediately having faith in accomplished mantras and medicines, one can completely eliminate the Lord of Death. Relying on jewels, mantras, and accomplished medicines, as well as the power of consuming essences, one can see oneself suppressing the other shore of the Lord of Death, just like an accomplished Vidyadhara. Regarding the treatise on examining precious jewels, the one skilled in reasoning is Vajradhara. One can also hold the life jewel, and similarly hold various jewels. Indra-nila jewels, etc., and other great jewels, by holding them, one can avert all the Lords of Death, without doubt. Because from the power of jewels, one should not hesitate, everyone believes that jewels possess inconceivable power. In a secluded place, offering painted cloths, etc., in front, even just reciting the mantras can deceive death. First, pronounce the letter A (藏文：ཨཱ།，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿), then clearly say "ro lika". This is spoken from the division of Vidyadharas, and is called "Victor of the Three Realms". With this mantra, for the Lord of the World, with faith in front of him, reciting a hundred thousand times according to the number of letters, one will obtain the ability to deceive death.
